The Investigative Committee began checking the post on social networks about the relics of the saints designer Artemy Lebedev, the Moscow Agency reports with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
Lebedev’s post is checked for a possible “violation of the right to freedom of conscience and religions” (part 1 of article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In the telegram channel, Lebedev published on December 23 a new post called "Holy relics". He attached a document from the Investigative Committee in which the designer was called to the department for an explanation. Lebedev accompanied the post with a text in which he asked the questions “what the holy relics are”, “in which law they are described”, “how the holiness is determined”. “Dear Investigative Committee! Put in your ass all the relics of all saints in the world,” the designer finished.

Earlier, Artemy Lebedev published a post in his telegram, in which he criticized believers worshiping the relics of saints. The designer wrote that during his lifetime, "all the saints were ordinary drunks and varying degrees of greatness to the authorities." At the moment, the record is still available in Lebedev’s telegram channel. It was viewed by more than 100 thousand people.
