The Ministry of Justice entered the register of unregistered public associations performing the functions of the Foreign Agent, the initiative group of LGBT "reverse" and the St. Petersburg LGBT-Initative group "Exit". This was reported on the website of the department.

In the sources of financing of both organizations, the Charity Fund for Social and Legal Assistance “Sphere”, which was recognized as a “foreign agent” in 2016.

• On November 8, the register of unregistered public associations performing the functions of the “foreign agent” entered the “Russian LGBT network”, later in the register of individuals, performing the functions of the “Inoage”, added “Igor Kochetkov, one of the founders of the“ Russian LGBT network ”.
