At the meeting, Gusev began to swear obscenities, insult those present and demand to give him a microphone, since he works in the government of the Novgorod region. This became known thanks to Barnaev, who described the story on his VKontakte page.

Now Barnaev’s post is not available. On his page, he wrote that he deleted the record "by his decision", because "the person, because of which the post was written, apologized, apologized sincerely, and was ready to publicly apologize, and asked to remove the post."

Timofey Gusev wrote on his Facebook page that he personally apologized to Barnaev. “I consider it necessary to once again bring public apologies to him (Barnaev - Wed) and people to whom this situation brought unpleasant emotions,” Gusev wrote.

Gusev worked in the government of the Novgorod region since 2010. Prior to this, he led the Novgorod Department of the Russian Post, worked as deputy and first deputy head of Lyubotinsky district, the head of Lyubotinsky district.
