Actionist Pavel Krisevich was finally charged in the case of hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code). Apology reports this.
The investigation believes that Krisevich, “acting on the instructions of an unidentified accomplice and expressing his imaginary superiority over others, grossly violated public order.” By his actions, he allegedly caused “a feeling of fear and anxiety” among those around him, and caused three victims “moral harm, expressed in the form of fear for their lives and health.”
In June 2021, the court sent Krisevich to a pre-trial detention center on a case of hooliganism, which was opened after his rally on Red Square in support of political prisoners. During the performance, he fired several times into the air from an empty weapon and simulated a shot to the head.
