In Moscow, Arshak Makichyan was detained on Chistoprudny Boulevard, who spent a picket at Kazakhstan at the monument to the Kazakh poet Abay Kunanbaeva. This was announced by the OTD-Info by the detainee himself.

On the poster, Makichyan wrote: "A new war stole the New Year."
