Scandal lessons with an attempt to capture IF RAS

The conflict was resolved for the New Year to the joy of the team and all people of goodwill. The sewage of the acting acting was removed as quickly as they were appointed, and Academician Abdusalam Huseynov, the supervisor of the Institute of Philosophy with impeccable positions at the Institute and the Russian Academy of Sciences, persuaded to stop the crisis. Now you can briefly exhale and try to understand to what extent in this story the supposedly local spill showed much more general trends of our policy and statehood. Authoritarianism (if we speak completely non -partisan and unequivocally) is generally poorly protected from the “tail wags the dog” scheme, and the higher the concentration of power, the more serious the risks. But when the leaders are so inflated to the horizons of geostrategy and demarcation of nuclear forces, the lower grave activity is revived beyond any measure. The rising streams of manipulations begin to break through from the bottom, from already completely marginal interests. There was a desire to name the article “Dogs, tails, fleas”, but, I'm afraid there is no longer a joke.

In the wilds of shadow schemes, penetrating analytics and intellectual discipline, just brought up by philosophy, are especially in demand. In this sense, the choice of IF the goal of the attack is instinctively understandable. Without a disorganization of the philosophical environment, it is unrealistic to squeeze out the “state -made”, or at least assign the institution a well -known name. However, to third -party observers do not interfere with the same in understanding what philosophy is and why it exists at all.

There are things in respect of which the question “why” is generally deprived of meaning and speaks more about the limitations of the questioner. In this, philosophy gets closer to art, but for some reason, the owners of the sets of felt-tip pens do not fill up the Academy of Arts and Cerethels to teach how to decorate life and praise the homeland.

Further, any self -respecting state with a claim to civilizational status is simply obliged to have a particular philosophical institution in which people who have passed complex selection decide what it is worth racking their heads on ... even if these are the problems of “evil and hell”. Is it possible to imagine that the audience of “House-2” and the Petrosyan show invade the correspondence of Catherine the Great with Voltaire?

But at the same time, in the form of a latent worldview, philosophy is everywhere: in positive science, in politics and economics, in the structures of everyday life, in the brain of the layman (see: philosophy for millions and a million philosophers // “Man”, No. 4, 2021). This is both the most closed type of intellectual activity, and the source of maximum understandability, often much more pure than, for example, in political science or sociology.

Philosophy has a great and completely practical mission: it prevents people from living without contributing. She teaches people to think where they, defeated by "evidence", leave the most important things to be pointless. (If ideology represents the unobvious obvious, then philosophy, on the contrary, exposes the non -obviousness of the “obvious.”) Jaspers believed that not only thinkers have a unique gift each time, and even geniuses and even geniuses in the early stages of disorders (Helderlin, Van Gogh). The Russian nature of the ability to think is especially important to mitigate excessive impressionability and impulsiveness. “And later, the logical conscience wakes up in the Russian soul - sincerity and responsibility in cognition” (Florovsky Florovsky).

To start thinking where we did not suffer before this, we must stop and change the analytical optics - a diaphragm and focal length. The distance helps to overcome drawn up into polemic and finally gain the courage to work responsibly with each thesis, in a word, name.

The incident with IF is marked with the very vocabulary of the denunciation: “The Center for the Destruction of Russia”; “The brain headquarters of the liberal-destructive, protest, cosmopolitan movement,” engaged in “not so much philosophy as a very definite ideology.” As a result: "Russian philosophy at the official level was taken under control of Khodorkovsky's friends." Speaking strictly and legally, we are talking about state treason and subversive activities. True, these deafening revelations come from no one who are unknown to anyone, but the glorious name of Lydia Timashuk remained for years until January 20, 1953 was a lady was awarded the Order of Lenin. And we had all this clumsy beemality, there was no resonance, until it was used in the campaign to introduce a direct protege of authors of the denunciation into the leadership of IF.

The parallels between the “doctors' affair” and the “business of philosophers” are a separate topic, but it also begins with maximum, “children's” issues. So: what exactly is the signaling of us in 2021?

The conclusion is monstrous: no one in huge Russia, except for a few wretched ones, saw a threat hanging over the country, easily recognized by a small selection of several quotes from open access.

Therefore, the denunciation, in addition to IF, is de facto directed against the entire philosophical and scientific and educational community of the Russian Federation and a number of fraternal republics (see support on the IF website ), against the department of social sciences and all the Russian Academy of Sciences, against the curators of the institute in the Ministry of Education and Science and above, against the Council for Science and Management of the President’s Internal Policy, against the FSB itself, finally. According to the denunciation scheme, if this is not complicity, then criminal inaction or at least egregious incompetence. On the Presidium of the Central Committee on December 1, 1952, Stalin spoke like this with the associates who slept such a conspiracy under his nose: “You are blind people, kittens, what will happen without me - the country will die because you cannot recognize the enemies!” At one time, the “case of doctors” was turned simultaneously; The Order of Timashuk was selected with another decree after a couple of months. The halo of vigilance turned into a household name of all knocking and against the author himself. The story is repeated, but only the current farce almost spilled into the pogrom.

The second “children's” question concerns specific persons as electoral reedimental purposes. The picture literally introduces into a stupor the proportionality of three centers of the composition: 1) the whole West as a global ideological aggressor; 2) defenseless Russia (except for modest heroes from "Constantinople"); 3) the diversion headquarters ("Destruction Center"), equipped ... by four residents-academician Andrei Smirnov, Chl. Julia Sineoku, D.F.N. Nadezhda Kasavina and Ph.D. Olga Voronina. This terrible destructive force lurked under the guise for decades, circling around the finger of all those related to Russian ideology and politics. Miracles of conspiracy, unless a meeting in Elephant!

Such outbreaks of revelations act either instantly, as in the "night of long knives" or nothing. This is not intercepted by a glass or a member. It immediately turns out that A. Smirnov was never a Wester, rather the opposite. Its “all -human” is based on a well -known Russian tradition and is directed against Eurocentrism and unipolarity, against all kinds of western dominance. But then the initiators of the denunciation are not at all fight against ideas, but, on the contrary, for the same ideas, but for themselves, that is, against leaders and competitors, crawling out of the shadow of which the usual security is prevented by them. Especially when the competitor leads a whole megate called “Russian Civilization Development Project” (RCTSR), and you announced the shame of “fantasy” liberal projects like Alexei Kudrin with his own “method-2050”, but still did nothing. Shadow ties give a competitor a chance to destroy ... and immediately to revenge. The Holy Union of Raucer and looting. The new acting has already noted: “The Russian philosophical school is called to become one of the factors of“ soft power ”, which ensures the moral leadership of Russia in the world,” Chernyaev said . But these are the words of one of the early and very controversial work representations of the RPCR, to which Anatoly Chernyaev has nothing to do with. For the doomed acting, this instant interception of someone else's is the figure of the highest aerobatics, "refueling in the corkscrew."

In Yu. Sineoku, the second most important figure of the “headquarters of the destruction of Russia” recognized at all at the last moment. In a hurry, she was charged with the study of Nietzsche, indicating the "Dreams-2050" style itself regarding philosophy. So Alexander Filippov, a researcher of the ideas of Karl Schmitt, this genius of political theory and at the same time a “terrible lawyer”, who almost fell under Nuremberg, was tragically mistaken, preceding the conversation about the situation with IF “I don't concern me”. When necessary, the pattern lists are created by one stroke.

Hence the third of the "children's" questions:

Who are they, these hitherto unknown exposure to anyone who see the enemy through, although as needed?

How many of them are all over Russia, what are their former exploits and the current status? Who exactly personifies the living examples of ideological power and the moral superiority of “Constantinople”? The country should know its heroes, at least for hygienic considerations. Moreover, they are all over the whole country ...

The same applies to the Zinovievsky Club (ZK). What kind of personnel asset and reserve was thrown into the club to discredit a whole institute, and at the same time who managed to fit for IF in these few days, which shocked?

Members of this asset can also be counted on the fingers of one hand holding a glass. The corporate identity is exaltation, a cry, a radical revelation, which at once puts a protruding over all the listeners and generally over everyone. Leonid Polyakov at the last ZK assessed the state of our current philosophy with a capacious word - “desert”. At the same time, he himself, over all these years, has not noted any significant ideas and texts, is panicky to look at the painting from the side and with a minimum reflection, although, having heard the like, even the children immediately ask parents who this great and terrible uncle and from what place he speaks.

The painted landscape shakes the most impudent imagination: one blooming oasis revives the endless desert, from which it is not clear how the frenzied camel that got there, which can only spit it. His affiliation through HSE is illegal, since the philosophers of the “tower” are expelled from this oasis to the “desert”.

Manipulation by the authority of entire structures is also a corporate identity of the ZK. On the site "Zinoviev. Info ” is the list of events of 2022, including“ Assignment by the name of A.A. Zinoviev to the military airfield of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation (Summer 2022), and at the same time the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2022). The status of the program is not indicated in any way, however, stories about Olga Zinovieva’s walking in AP and under the photo of her discussion of this plan with Minister Valery Falkov create a complete impression that everything is already approved everywhere, at all levels.

The lack of minimal consultations with the philosophical community gives rise to strange fruits of amateur performances.

In the project of the “Thinkers” monument, the ideological symbolism of space is confused. Confucius sits in this not an equilateral triangle along the axis and indigenous, but Socrates and Zinoviev - Osh and Osny, as attached. The Celestial Empire could pay for this idea.

The desire to defeat revelations on difficult issues always leads to caricature simplifications. Having risen into the teacher’s pose, L. Polyakov demands to reorient the IF to a more free “Russian” style of philosophy, discovered in his representation ... Berdyaev, Rosanov and Zinoviev himself. Another monument of sawing “for three”, “Homer, Milton and Panikovsky”. A poorly digested patriotic scheme turns the entire history of world philosophy into the desert, although it was in this form that Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, Spengler, the murderous philosophical pamphletists worked, were Voltaire and Marx himself. The tough pamphlet was all intellectual journalism, which preliminated education, especially in England. Even a very dashed retroanalysis leads from Milton, Lilburne and Winstenli through Erasmus to Isocrates and Demosthenes.

Comrades do not protect themselves. Back in December, the network blew up the “official appeal of the head of the Center for Philosophical Research of the IF RAS IF RAS, the director IF RAS Chernyaev”, consisting of only two words: “Tolik, fuel up!” There is a desire to turn to another intellectual leader of the ZK: "Lenya, teach materiel!"

The lessons of the failed uprising of the marginals against the scientific community in its, oddly enough, established coordination with politics and the state are ambiguous, but generally positive. At least an example of an exemplary, instant and deep consolidation of the community, without alternatives and significant passes. And of course, the result.

Now the December comments are interestingly read, which were completely seeing in this story the next planned blow of the authorities in science and predicted the institute inevitable death. Most often, these were typical conclusions of the middle -level theory, replicated without specific analysis, or willingness to indicate a political position, which in advance excludes the chance of working resolution of the conflict. This is called "beautifully", leaving others to engage in a bad -smelling conspiracyology.

However, for post -commissary philosophy, immersion in microanalysis is not only a working technique, but also part of the worldview, methodology. Bifurcation situations when small signals “at the entrance” are fraught with unpredictably strong effects “at the output”, require an especially balanced style of analysis and behavior. It's like shooting under an overhanging avalanche.

Further, we can talk about the position of “Ironics” (Dick Rorty) - always a historicist and nominalist, methodically avoids all kinds of fundamentalism and ready -made generalizations. The study “here and now” should not interfere with former generalizations and declarations, especially if such an analysis is included in real work with the authorities, in the resolution of specific life conflicts. At the same time, this "fun science" frees from excess haul and allows you to see the tragicomedy even where you are in serious danger. She scales claims and urgently does not advise demanding from the authorities to return academic freedoms when it is urgent to stop dangerous and dirty technology. It is known: one who wants everything and at once does not receive anything gradually.

The aiming method reveals the banal intrigues of people who do not know how to count the layouts, reactions and scenarios further than two moves, but in the end - their own interests and fate. But he also leads to more significant problems. In our case, it is not even a matter of unwillingness to tolerate all this universal hype for the sake of someone's muddy wisdom, too rudely abusing the connections vertically. It is about violation of subordination and the shadow schemes used by losers, chronically losing in the ideological struggle and orthrape. Unscrupulous competition in politics is also the appropriation of other people's competencies and the prerogative of a completely different institutional level. The decision upstairs was most likely made not only in support of one of the most respectable institutions, but also because they do not like a mess on the household, especially when representatives and the whole ministry and the right minister are so rudely substituted. Which, by the way, had previously demonstrated a new style in working with the appeal of scientists to the president regarding ridiculous schemes for assessing the effectiveness of research.

As a result, we go to the holy. Even if you believe in the revival of the monarchy in Russia, it cannot begin with a rootless fuss, which is disgracing the very idea and history of the dynasty, ambiguous, but that gave, among other things, samples of honor and high dignity. This business cannot be funny and unclean. And in what Christian, Orthodox canons of morality these dirty methods fit, is it an attitude to truth and lies, to people, willingness to step over the living and “walking along the corpses”? Finally, what national leadership these technologies can serve at all without recalling the classics: the father of Russian democracy - and such inclinations?!

In conclusion, I would like to imagine all these stories in ruthless cutting Alexander Zinoviev. You see how he changes in the person, getting acquainted with the director of IF Chernyaev or reading the plan of events in his honor for 2022. Casted by his name, villages, airfields and institutes, a whole philosophical flotilla “Volga-Caspius”, the funeral service for the “philosophical ship”, opera, ballets and performances, monuments and busts, gala concerts and government techniques, the week of documentary cinema “Zinoviev, I love you!”.

Alexander Alexandrovich, like no one, knew that philosophy and logic begin with aesthetics and ethics, with an intuitive understanding of the proportion and measure. How would he now respond to incontinence to a vulgar, tasteless praise addressed to him? I think he would just have pulled out the sinful language and turned it there twice. Just in case…
