“We see what is happening in the world. <...> This suggests that we have at least a couple of weeks to prepare. There are absolutely obvious things that you can’t do anything about: communication between people, trips abroad during this vacation period, including to countries with a difficult epidemiological situation. Therefore, you need to be ready for this, ”he stressed.

Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced the preparation of urgent response measures in the event of an unfavorable development of the situation with "omicron". She noted that the capital region would be the first to take the hit.
