Soratnikov Navalny Leonid Volkov and Ivan Zhdanov was included in the list of extremists

The director of the FBC Ivan Zhdanov and the ex-head of the Navalny headquarters Leonid Volkov’s headquarters were included in the list of extremists and terrorists, which conducts Rosfinmonitoring. The relevant information appeared in the updated list.

• The associates of Alexei Navalny Leonid Volkov and Ivan Zhdanov are outside Russia - earlier they were also put on the wanted list .
• On June 9, 2021, the Moscow City Court recognized the Corruption Fund (FBK), the Fund for the Protection of Citizens' Rights (FZPG) and the headquarters of Alexei Navalny with extremist organizations. Later, the Court of Appeal approved this decision.
• At the end of September 2021, the Investigative Committee said that against Navalny and his associates, including Zhdanov and Volkov, as well as other activists, a case of an extremist community was opened (PH. 1 and 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). Later it became known that several more cases were attached to this case, previously instituted in relation to the politician and several key figures in its structures. Currently, in the framework of one case, in addition to an article on the extremist community, there are also articles on the financing of extremist activity (part 1 of article 282.3 of the Criminal Code), on the legalization of funds acquired by other persons by criminal means (paragraph “b” of part 4 of article 174 of the Criminal Code), on the creation of a non -profit organization encroaching on the identity and rights of citizens (part 2 of article 239 of the Criminal Code), and about the Criminal Code), and about the Criminal Code), and about the Criminal Code), and about involving minors in dangerous activity (paragraphs “a”, “c” of part 2 of article 151.2 of the Criminal Code).The case under an article on fraud due to donations to the Corruption Fund was not united with others.
