Conflict Intelligence Team reported the transfer of Iskander missile systems from the Far East to the west
The Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT) investigative group found at least three videos on social networks , from which they concluded that Iskander missile systems were being transferred from the Eastern Military District to the west. CIT announced this on its Telegram channel.
The videos were filmed in the Urals and the Far East. They appeared on social networks on January 11 and 13. CIT analysts suggest that the video shows launchers, transport-loading vehicles and missiles of the Iskander complex.
According to CIT, citing "indirect information from open databases", trains with parts of the Iskander complex left Ulan-Ude and Birobidzhan, near which the 103rd and 107th missile brigades are stationed. They are armed with Iskanders and are part of the 36th and 35th combined arms armies of the Russian Armed Forces.
“Earlier, we noticed the movement of formations from these armies in a westerly direction. The transfer of the 107th missile brigade “to Ukraine” is also mentioned in the comments to one of the videos with military equipment,” the CIT noted.
The important thing here is that such a brigade is an army-level asset, which means that most likely not separate battalion-tactical groups are being transferred from the Eastern Military District, but significant forces of the armies stationed there.
