The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined Ildus Manyakov 10,000 rubles for holding a picket on Red Square. Oksana Borodina, a lawyer from OVD-Info, reports this.
The court found Manyakov guilty under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
On January 8, Manyakov took to the square with a poster "Freedom to political prisoners." He was detained and taken to the department for the Kitai-Gorod district, Oksana Borodina also went to help.
