Three picketers were fined due to protests in the center of Moscow
The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined three picketers under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the rally (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by the coordinator of legal assistance OVD-Info Daniil Pospelov.
Igor Kurbatov, Sergei Agarshev and Dmitry Bulankin were fined 15,000 rubles each. All three were detained during single pickets on Pushkinskaya Square on January 15.
The lawyer from OVD-Info Alexander Salamov defended in court.
