Rosneft began the supply of basic oils to Europe on the FOB basis

Rosneft began sea supplies of basic oils to the European market on the FOB basis. Previously, oils were supplied to Europe by rail.

The FOB (Free On Board, “Free on Board” Supply Basis means that the seller has completed the supply when the goods crossed the vessel of the vessel in the indicated port of the shipment. From this moment, all the costs and risks of loss or damage to the goods are borne by the buyer.

The first batch of basic oils SAE-10/SAE-30 was sent from the port of the Caucasus on the specialized tanker Rosneft. It has a feed cargo manifold (pipeline system for receiving/issuing cargo), which allows unloading at foreign terminals, where mandatory mooring is required by the stern to the pier. A 140 meters long tanker can carry two varieties of oil products at the same time, in addition, the tanker has heated viscous goods. The case has a special coating that protects it from the effects of an aggressive environment. The tanker operates under the control of Prime Shipping Shipping Company (part of Rosneft NC).

Now Rosneft is already planning to expand the geography of marine transportation. The range of lubricants of the company allows you to satisfy the needs of both large industrial enterprises and private consumers and includes more than 1000 positions.
