In September 2021, a member of the Communist Party, Artem Samsonov, won the elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory. A month later he was arrested-a former friend accused Samsonov of showing a phalloimitator to an 11-year-old boy. Samsonov in a pre -trial detention center for more than two months - all this time the deputy does not plead guilty, insists that he was agreed and demands to check on a lie detector.

Criminal case

On November 17, 2021, the Sobr fighters stopped the car on the Vladivostok -Khabarovsk highway. Inside the car was Artem Samsonov, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory from the Communist Party. After the detention, the politician was taken to Vladivostok - for a search in his apartment.

The incident almost immediately became known in the city. Near Samsonov’s house, party colleagues, activists and journalists gathered. At first, Olga Samsonova’s wife transferred through the assistant deputy Yuri Kuchin that Artem was charged with “sexual intercourse and other sexual actions with a person who did not reach the age of sixteen,” but even before the end of the search, the local SK published a press release, clarifying that the case was brought about “other actions of a sexual nature using a helpless state The victim, committed against a person who has not reached the age of 14. ”

“According to investigators, the suspect, while on the territory of the recreation center in the area of ​​Lazurna Street in the city of Vladivostok, when communicating with an 11-year-old child, showed him an intimate object and brought him information about his purpose,” the report said.

After the search of the deputy, they took away to the UK. It turned out there that the application for Samsonova was written by a local resident Irina Safonova, a long -standing acquaintance and former friend of the deputy. The version of the investigation is built in the words of Irina, her partner Nikolai Koldaev and the 26-year-old son Vladislav-according to them, Artem Samsonov put in 2018 on the beach table, at which a large company of vacationers, the phalloimitator sat in detail “where you can put it”. In his statement, Safonova claims that the 11-year-old son of Nikolai Koldayev was a witness to the scene with the dildo. After interrogation and confrontation, the deputy was arrested for two months.

“I never crossed this guy and I did not even know that Nikolai had a son,” writes Artem Samsonov from the pre -trial detention center. According to his lawyer Natalia Kasilova, on the day of the charge, Samsonov was a confrontation with Safonov and Koldev. “This confrontation is a separate conversation. There are a lot of contradictions in their story, but we were not allowed to ask them about this, the investigator took off all our questions, ”the lawyer says. When Kasilova asked the investigator, “how can you”, the investigator replied: “No way, I already found out everything for myself.”

According to the lawyer, the case was instituted on the basis of the precortion of the precinct from 2019 - and it was drawn up at the statement of Safonova that Samsonov was walking naked along the beach. Neither a minor boy nor his father is mentioned in the report. “In the Koldev case, the boy’s dad first arose only in the fall of 2021,” says Kasilova. Irina Safonova herself did not answer the questions of the "mediazone".

The main confrontation was between Samsonov and the son of Nikolai Koldaev, whom Irina Safonova considers to be victims - now the boy is already 14 years old. During the investigative actions, the SK building was the mother of the victim boy, she was not allowed inside. The woman told reporters to journalists who had gathered in anticipation that “she doesn’t understand what it was about” and her son never spoke about what had happened. She came to the SK building because she was called her ex -husband and said that she and her son were in the investigative committee.

“Poor child, he said, well, obviously memorized phrases,” says Kasilova’s lawyer. “For example, he said that Samsonov was standing on the beach" in Neggle ", have you ever heard such expressions from the children?" According to her, the teenager described the deputy “as for a photobot, unnatural phrases”, called the shape of the eyebrows and “the presence of a dimple on the chin”. But at the same time, when asked if Samsonov had a scar on his chest, the boy answered no. “And this scar cannot fail to notice, if Samsonov is really in negligence. Kasilova says that the boy called not only the exact date of the incident, but also the time, as well as the exact address - but not the beach, but the recreation center located nearby is a wild beach, there is no exact address. The base is located half a kilometer from the beach.

Beach

In the area of ​​Lazurnaya Street in the city of Vladivostok there is a wild beach - a place known not of a very wide range of people. The beach is hidden by a steep slope and a rock, so it is not so easy to find. A couple of dozen people rest on this beach every summer. “The parents of Artem went to this beach,” says Yuri Kuchin, friend of Samsonov and his party colleague.

Visitors to the beach come to the shore with tents, buy tables and canopies in the fold, and pay for guard. A few years ago, according to Kuchin, Artem Samsonov was able to negotiate with the recreation center and began to stretch electricity to the tent camp.

Over the years, the beach has developed their own “dormitory rules”, an informal leader - responsible for household issues in the camp - became Artem Samsonov. “It was probably the year until 2016, and then Artem had too much political work, he rarely began to appear on the beach. Then the leadership passed to Irina Safonova, ”recalls Yuri Kuchin.

The idea of ​​Safonova about the tent camp was markedly different from the performance of Samsonov, Kuchin continues - the woman decided to monetize the beach and began to place ads, where she offered the place “on the closed shore” for money. “And Artem believed that the beach should remain a free city space,” says Kuchin.

With this, the conflict began between the former friends. By 2018, it reached the first statements to the police. “It all started with the fact that Vlad [Safonov] stole a sound column and color music from us,” Kuchin claims: Artem went to the toilet, and when he returned, there were no speakers and color music. To the questions where this is all, Vladislav Safonov grinned: "There is no more." The scandal erupted.

“Vlad called his mother, and Irina arrived, a seven criminal person brought with them, and they arranged a fight, beat Artem and me,” says Yuri Kuchin. After the fight, Samsonov got to the hospital, and on the attackers and Safonov wrote a statement to the police. Vladislav filed an application with Artem in response: “He still had the impudence then to declare that it was Artem who beat him,” Kuchin was indignant. According to him, according to Samsonov, there was then a court, and they did not give a course to Vladislav’s statement, since he did not record any injuries.

After that, Irina Safonova began with enviable regularity to write statements to Samsonov to different instances - mainly her claims came down to the fact that Samsonov "walks naked and campaigning for Navalny." The appeal with a request to deal with the former friend Safonov sent to Vladimir Putin, State Duma chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, the Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov, and in the summer of 2021, she also tried to take her appeal in the autumn of the Primorsky Territory in the fall before the investigative actions in the case of Samba.

During the search, Artyom Samsonov was seized not only the equipment, but also the phallimitator from the nightstand - he himself tells about this in letters from the pre -trial detention center. Even the investigation does not claim that the recently seized artificial penis is an instrument of crime committed in 2018, but it was still seized as material evidence. “Well, what is it? There are such toys in every second family, but we do not live in the 19th century, ”comrade Yuri Kuchin justifies.

The defense claims that the phallimitators - in large quantities and repeatedly - brought Safonova herself to the beach. Lawyers Natalya Kasilova and Alexei Kletskin interviewed a dozen witnesses who, according to Kasilova, confirmed them that they had never seen the son of Nikolai Koldaev on the beach, but repeatedly saw Irina Safonov and her son Vladislav with various “adult toys”, which they “led to the beach” - to the proof of these words, the witnesses sent to the proof of these words Lawyers of photography and videos of different years, from 2017 to 2019. In the video of 2017, the son of Safonova Vladislav naits with nails one of the phallimitators to the roof of the canopy, and Safonova then dances under the resulting structure. “The respondents told me that for some reason Fedor called Safonova this imitator. In the video from 2019, Safonova dances near the table, in the middle of the table - a rubber member, but not the one that was in 2017. “And in 2019, Artem was never even on the beach,” the lawyer says.

In the telegram channel of the deputy Samsonov, part of the interrogation of Vladislav Safonov is quoted : “Since we were tired of this behavior, A. Samsonov, we decided to take a photograph of Ksenia who fell asleep with the phalloimitator in the kitchen zone, so that we had the opportunity to confirm our words in the future.” The girl mentioned by Safonov is Ksenia Ishmurzina, colleague Artem Samsonov and Yuri Kuchina in the Communist Party. “But the photograph was taken not in 2018, but in 2017,” says Yuri Kuchin.

“On November 22, 2021, Kasilova’s lawyer filed a request for the demand from the witness Safonov V.Yu. Metadata of the indicated photograph to determine the exact date of committing a crime imputed to me, because, according to the testimony of V. Safonov, this photograph was taken on the evening of the same day as the acting act, with the very phalloimitator, ”the words of Samsonov are quoted in the telegram channel. On November 23, the witness himself admitted that the photo was taken another year.

“The most cynicism is that it was Safonov himself and put this phalloimitator in his sleeping Ksenia!” - Yuri Kuchin is indignant. According to him, that evening on the beach the girl drank and fell asleep, and Vladislav Safonov put an artificial member in her hand and took a picture. “Safonov later sent this photograph to closed chats in Votsap with mocking comments,” says Kuchin and adds that Artem then not only condemned the Safonovs for such an act, but also threw out “what was in the photograph.”

Coincidence? Don't think

Samsonov himself connects the criminal prosecution with the success of the Communist Party in the last elections, as well as with its statements against the introduction of QR codes and compulsory vaccination in the Primorsky Territory.

In September, Samsonov again became a deputy of the Samorrhea Legislative Assembly. At the same time, he was nominated to the State Duma deputies in the Vladivostok single -mandate district No. 62, but lost to United Russia Alexander Shcherbakov. “The Communist Party of the Communist Party improved its result, and in Vladivostok generally won a crushing victory, and a year later elections to the Duma of Vladivostok,” writes Artem Samsonov from the pre -trial detention center. In the Parliament of Primorye, in September 2021, candidates from the Communist Party won 8 of 11 single -mandate districts in Vladivostok, and in the regional parliament of the Communists the second largest faction after United Russia - 14 deputies (United Russia has 22 deputies).

For the first time, Samsonov was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the region in 2011 - local residents already knew him as one of the leaders of the “Partnership of the Initiative Citizens of Russia” (Tiger). The “partnership” appeared at the end of the zero - during mass protests against raising duties on right -hand drive cars. In 2016, Samsonov successfully elected a second time to the regional parliament, and in 2021 - the third.

In September, Samsonov actively wrote complaints to the Investigative Committee on violations in Ussuriysk, but his appeals were ignored. “On November 3, I signed up for an appointment with the head of SK Fomin, where I persistently sought answers to the deputy requests I applied. And from November 7, friends and acquaintances begin to call me, they say that they are called to the Investigative Committee, so that they testify about Safonova’s statement. Coincidence? Don't think!" - writes from the pre -trial detention center Samsonov. “This lady has been writing a statement to Artyom for several years, the statement has never been taken seriously anywhere, but for some reason only this year, after these elections, they opened the case, for the first time in three years,” echoes Samsonov Kuchin.

Immediately after the arrest, some media wrote that Artem Samsonov refused to pass the test on the polygraph, "but the witnesses who indicated the deputy’s suspicious actions against the child." The lawyer Samsonova Natalya Kasilova says that the situation is exactly the opposite: “We did not just refuse, we demanded a polygraph, but we were refused this right. Then Artem even announced a hunger strike, demanding a lie detector. ” Samsonov held a hunger strike for five days, after which the investigator promised the polygraph and even suggested that the defense choose a specialist in a lie detector on his own. Lawyers proposed five experts-polyphraries, but it turned out that the investigator agreed only to the full-time expert of the UK. On January 11, the politician received an official refusal to conduct a polygraph check and again announced a hunger strike.

Pre -trial detention center

According to lawyers, Samsonov’s main complaints about the conditions of detention are cold and lack of books. “In the window from the double -glazed window there is only one glass left, not one camera, but one glass. The remaining glasses are broken, the fragments are neatly removed. When there was frost, the glass was covered with ice from the inside, ” said Artem Samsonov, when he was only transferred from a quarantine room into a cell.

“It is probably the hardest thing for him that there is almost no way to read, and he always read quickly and a lot,” says Natalya Kasilova. In preparation for arrest, Samsonov put about ten books with him in a bag, but they all seized them in a isolator, and the first days of arrest was not allowed into the library. After the complaint, the local PMC began to bring one book per week: “Firstly, this is not enough. Secondly, it is not his book that brings him, not the ones that his relatives pass him, but from the local library. In addition, he cannot choose, in the pre -trial detention center they themselves decide what to read to him. Already three times brought books that he had already read, ”says Natalya Kasilova.

After the second hunger strike, the Samsonov camera began to search daily. “They began to torture me with a dream. Wake up at 6:00, such as a regimen. And if I go to bed at least 10 minutes earlier than 22:00, then they also wake up. There is no way to lie down exactly, since there is no watch and the maid in the yard does not play huster. The prosecutor came at the request of a member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Deputy Obukhov to the conditions of detention. I asked how I have to comply with the requirements of the regime if the clock in the pre -trial detention center is prohibited. They didn’t wake up for two days, and on Tuesday they came again at 6 in the morning and said that I got out of the blanket, like the hollow ended, and if I lie under the blanket, they would record a violation of the regime, ”says Samsonov. According to him, such a strict attitude “on the entire floor” only to him, so many requirements are not presented to the rest of the prisoners.

On January 20, Samsonov was taken to the commission and “slapped three reprimands”: the first - for negotiations with the prisoner in the next chamber, the second - for signing a deputy request to a pre -trial detention center regarding books, the third for “talking during an end to a window with other cameras”.

In the telegram channel, Samsonov’s words are quoted that, after the announcement of the hunger strike for Samsonov, they stopped receiving the water that his wife brings in the programs: “They forced to write a statement about the refusal of programs, otherwise they will not take into account the hunger strike. Apparently, they decided to crush before the court so as not to disgrace in court. ”
