Two builders of a Covid hospital from Kursk were fined due to single pickets

The Industrial District Court of Kursk fined two builders of a covid hospital 5,000 rubles each because of pickets demanding payment of wages. This is reported by the publication "7 × 7".

The builders were fined, presumably, under the article on violation of the rules for holding the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Earlier, the same court imposed a fine of 20,000 rubles on construction foreman Pavel Kuznetsov.

The action took place on December 19. According to Kuznetsov himself, six builders were owed wages, so he had to partly pay them himself. After the information was published in the media, one of the contractors transferred money to the workers.
