“Lagrange was for me the Russian, the most Moscow, the most dear after my large family. Such people made this city my homeland, which I want to return to. We did a lot together, but did not have time even anymore. I promise you to do everything my beloved Lagrange so that your name is not just left, but flew for us for a very long time, ”she wrote.
Vladimir Lagranzh was born in 1939 in Moscow. In 1959-1963 he worked in the TASS photo chronicle, then until 1989 he was a special photojournalist of the magazine "Soviet Union". He also worked in the magazine "Rodina" and at the Moscow Bureau of the French Agency Sipa Press. Lagrange is called a classic of domestic photography, his works were widely published in the Soviet and foreign press. He is an honorary member of the Union of Photo Artists of Russia.
