The problem of natural wood is the need for constant care. But this problem can be solved at a time if you use alternative material.

Processed wood

At first glance, this is the same tree that practically cannot be distinguished from classical material, but with a number of advantages.

The processing is carried out first, at the stage of giving raw materials the final form:

● thermal effects of steam at high temperatures under high pressure;

● Impregnation in autoclaves with deep vacuum impregnation with antiseptics, antipyrens, wax and hydrophobic compositions.

If the second option improves only the technical and operational qualities of the material, then the former also greatly changes the appearance of the tree. In other words, you can use the same cedar, but its color will be painfully reminiscent of wenge, cherry and other exotic rocks.

When working with such wood, it is worthwhile to understand that they cannot be processed “deeply”, otherwise you can damage the part of the protective layer that has been absorbed into the pores of wood. It is also worth remembering that such a material is more consistent than a standard tree. And this means that the extreme boards are undesirable to leave open. Also, do not lay such a coating in places where there is a high probability of falling heavy objects.

Wood-polymer composite

Do you need a material that I did not want to spit on any external impact? Then only DPK.
