The young man was left for the night, and in the morning he was tied to the bed and began to strangle the same pillowcase. He lost consciousness several times, he was shocked.
“I was always connected, they didn’t let me sleep, and during the eating in a bound state, they forcibly fed with hot pork, burning my mouth and the entire food channel, which also humiliates me because I confessed Islam,” said Isaev.
Torture lasted several days. Bevzyuk and Yarova told Ruslan that he would soon be taken to the police survey and gave paper with the necessary testimonies. And in 2016, along with another recidivist Evgeny Kodensov, he was found guilty of causing serious harm to the health that entailed the death of a person (part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code). She began to deny this and put on her victim herself, threatening that she would cut off the genitals. After that, Yarova dragged the man to Baikal. He later returned and told his acquaintances that the man was trying to run away and supposedly himself fell from the cliff.

Kodensov was accused only under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code. Irkutsk District Court sentenced him to 10 years in colony. The Yarovka was added to the infliction of death, but in the end he was given less - 9 years of the colony of special regime.
