Low-income income threshold approved

The Council of Deputies has established for 2022 the threshold value of income and property value in order to recognize citizens as low-income and provide them with municipal housing premises under social tenancy agreements. This amount was approved at 7,056 rubles 44 kopecks per family member.

This decision applies to legal relations arising from January 1, 2022.
