The Ramensky City Court rejected the claim of businessman Vladislav Matveev against the Zhukovsky administration.
An entrepreneur leasing a plot of land on Dorozhnaya Street to Ecosystem LLC to locate a disposal point for hazardous medical waste tried to appeal the order of the municipal land control to stop using the territory for other purposes - for industrial production instead of warehouses.
This fact became the basis for a lawsuit by the Zhukovsky administration against Matveev. But he decided to prove the opposite: allegedly the order was issued to him with violations and the claims were made to the wrong address - he needs to sort it out with Ecosystem.
Having considered his claims on January 26, 2022, Judge Aladin concluded that the fact of industrial production on the territory was proven. He recalled that the law obliges both the owner and the tenant to use the site for its intended purpose, and denied Matveev’s claim.
Let's see whether this decision will affect the outcome of the case initiated by the mayor's office against waste incinerators and suspended in early December 2021 until the results of the examination appointed by the Zhukovsky City Court are received.
Earlier, the Ramensky City Court refused to satisfy the claim to suspend the activities of Ecosystem LLC against Zhukovsky prosecutor Vladimir Belik.
