Vasily Lukovsky, the head of the shift of the first regimen corps of the Angarsky SIZO-6, is suspected of excess of powers (part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code) and a sexual violence by a group of persons (part 2 of article 132 of the Criminal Code). Former prisoner Denis Kostusaev remembered Lukovsky very well. The jailer looked more than 50 years old, he had a “wild and cruel” look, his eyes - “skill”.

Beating every morning passed under the song “Vasilisa” by Ilya Zudin. In it, the prisoners especially remembered the chorus: "Vasilisa loves to have fun." Vasilisa is looking for a fabulous prince. ” The media wrote a lot about the fact that certain music in Russian prisons is not only a way to hide screams from torture, but also a sophisticated part of the humiliations themselves.
But on a walk, the prisoners were forced to shout a poem that they were obliged to learn:
“We violated the regime for a long time

When Denis Kostusaev pronounces the last lines of the poem, he can no longer restrain his tears.
On walks, the prisoners were also forced to squat, jump and clap their hands - this was called "catch butterflies." And so 200 times.
“He didn’t jump 200 times, he went again. All days except the weekend, he [Lukovsky] went from above over the walking courtyard and watched how we are going to build, ”says Kostusaev.
Other prisoners also spoke about the mockery of an employee of the FSIN of Lukovsky. “Every time he did not like how the convicts on duty on the cell turned to him, he struck them. Personally, I became on -duty on the camera about 10-11 days after torture with electric shock. Denis Kostusaev was returned to IK-15 from the torture SIZO-6 only in January 2021, when it has already become widely known about mass violence against the prisoners of colony No. 15. Kesusaev is now undergoing a victim in the Lukovsky case. But in the evening of January 19, 2022, investigators of the RF IC for the Irkutsk region by the names of Semenov and Bakaev, who formally dealt with the torture case, tried to break to his house under the pretext of “conversation”.
“[Bakaev] asked me to open the door with a threatening tone, he asked me to convey some conversation-it was said in Lukovsky’s complaint to the prosecutor's office (there was an editorial office at the disposal). - <...> I did not open the door, was afraid, looked again in the eye, saw the employees of the UK, one of them knew me - Semenov - he stood with handcuffs. Then they began to hammer at the door and demand that I go out, while threatening the use of illegal actions against me in the form of a district police officer and penetration into my home, damaged the front door when they tried to open it with their own hands. Then I called my representative and lawyer <...> I turned on the speakerphone [my representative Peter Kuryanov] and brought it to the door. ”
Pyotr Kuryanov, by speakerphone, told the investigators that their actions are illegal. And they left the porch with a quick step, Knight noted. At the same time, his lawyer tried to get through to investigator Semenov, who was standing outside the door, and the man saw that the phone called, but the SK employee dropped a call.
The security forces scared the Kleusaev family. He and human rights activists believe that investigators wanted to put pressure. The former prisoner asked for state protection.
We add that the head of the SIZO-6 Arslan Mazhidov was neither fired nor suspended. Instead, he headed the Angarsk IK-15, which was concluded and tortured in his isolator.
