One of the representatives of the people is the chairman of the public council of the village of separators - Abdulgamid Zulbidov did not get to the event. For an unknown reason, he ended up in the police department in the Soviet district of Makhachkala.

We are talking about the site, some of which once from the administration of Makhachkala was redeemed by Alexei Gasanov , who is now working as the head of the administration of the head and government of Dagestan. Currently, he no longer belongs to the official. The efforts of local activists managed to return to the administration through the court. The city hall returned the money to Gasanov. And now she has her own plans for the entire territory of the “folk stadium”, which are not consistent with the plans of the inhabitants of the village.

Today, they decided to spend the gathering as the activists “from some persons” became aware that they would build a clinic here. One of the main organizers of the gathering of Abdulgamida Zaylabidov at about 11 pm, before the start of the gathering, asked to go to the police department in the Soviet district of the city. Zabulbidov has not yet come out in touch. We tried to contact at about five o’clock in the evening. Apparently, someone wanted to save the upcoming event from the ardent fighter for this site. There was also a police car on the spot. The gathering participants did not know who called it and why.

There were also representatives of the administration, including the Committee on Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs, along with his former leader Marat Ibragimov . At present, Ibragimov acts as the head of the Department of Education of the capital. Representatives of the administration defended their position: " The municipal clinic and the stadium will be built here ." Local residents: “ We do not need a clinic, we want there to be an open stadium. We want to play sports, not walking in clinics . ”

Local residents have an assumption that, in the end, the part of the territory, which, according to the city hall, the municipality gave the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Dagestan under the clinic, will be used as a dull for high -rise buildings bordering this stadium. Building permits, the press service of the administration noted in the Chernivka commentary, were issued before Salman Dadaev became mayor.
