What is pushing children to reprisal against their parents? A report from Yuryevka, where some teenagers kill themselves, while others - adults

On the night of January 22, in the small Siberian village of Yuryevka, on the border of the Omsk region and Kazakhstan, a triple murder occurred. Local media wrote: an unknown (at that time) man killed the working grain current Nikolai B., his civilian wife Anastasia and a ten-year-old daughter of a disabled Nina. They were killed in their own house. Only two children managed to escape: fourteen -year -old Yana, and the youngest child in the family - six -year -old Dima.

They spoke of their salvation as a miracle, until January 24 the Investigative Committee suddenly announced: Yana is suspected of organizing the murder of parents and sister, and her young man, seventeen -year -old Sergei S., in the direct execution of the crime. The correspondents of Novaya went to Yuryevka to find out what could lead teenagers to this step. It turned out that there was simply no one to prevent a crime.

- I would be glad that such situations do not happen. And, to be honest, I do not understand why they are taking place ... The roof is going at itself. We are working on algorithms ...

Part 1. Conference

Pensioner Valentina Kalyuzhnaya that night woke up from knocking out the window.

- Knocked so that I thought the glasses were cracking. I was frightened, I did not get up right away. When I went to the window, there was no one. She looked - in the neighbors ( in the house where the murder occurred. - I. Zh. ) The light is on fire. I decided that Nikolai probably drank. And lay back.

The pensioner Yana and Dima were knocking out the window. Without waiting for an answer, they ran to other neighbors. Yana told them that a man with a knife burst into the house. They called the police.

The arrived outfit saw a terrible house in the house: the bodies of the dead lay on the veranda, in the bedroom, in the children's room. Later, the forensic experts will say that in total, the killer inflicted more than 30 stab wounds to his victims.

According to Yana's story, they made up a photobot of a criminal, which was quickly distributed in the media and social networks.

- Initially, there were assumptions that the killer could come from Kazakhstan. He was clearly not from the locals, otherwise Yana would have recognized him, ”says the source of“ New ”, familiar with the course of the investigation. - But in this version they quickly began to doubt: Yuryevka is a border zone, which can only get into a foreigner by agreement with the FSB. But the pass similar to the man described by Yana has not been issued recently. Nobody came from the locals for him either.

Doubts in the version of the girl began to creep when

During the interrogation, she stated that she and her brother ran away from the house through the window, but during the investigative experiment - she could not crawl into her.

Then the neighbors told an interesting detail: the girl ran to them dressed in a jacket. But when did she manage to put her on if she ran in a panic?

By the evening of January 23, after passing the test on the polygraph, Yana gave a confession, saying that she had participated in the preparation of the murder, the direct performer of which was her young man. She substantiated her desire to kill her parents by the fact that they forbade her to meet with Sergey.

“For the murder, the guy took from his friend a bayonet-knife for the face of pets and at about 2 o’clock in the morning on January 22, from the backyard through a girlfriend opened by a girlfriend, the door made his way into the house where he inflicted death wounds with a sleeping adult, as well as a 10-year-old girl suffering from a disease of the musculoskeletal system, which the suspect did not want to care for.”

Sergei S. was detained in Yuryevka, in a friend's house. He did not plan to hide - he did not think that they would come to him. During the interrogation, he said that Yana allegedly spoke with him about the possible murder of her parents for two months, and then offered to act.

Part 2. Algorithms

Red carnations are laid out through the streets leading from the house of those killed to the cemetery. From time to time, passing cars crush them with wheels, mixing with dirty snow.

Nikolai, Anastasia and Nina were buried in one grave, next to three sprawling pines. Behind the hearse went all the village.

Yuryevka, by the standards of the south of the Omsk region, is the periphery: she had 6-7 thousand inhabitants nearby, and here - less than a thousand. From work - interrupting the state farm, kindergarten, school, administration and a couple of stores interrupted from profit. About 10 years ago, these places lived well due to the smuggling of tobacco and alcohol from Kazakhstan, but then, the locals say, the FSB strengthened control over the border, and the possibilities of the workout disappeared.

They say well about the dead in Yuryevka: they kept cattle, they drank infrequently, the children are “dressed-out”. A little is needed for rural well -being. At the same time, I notice that the majority, even neighbors, are mistaken, saying that Nikolai was unemployed. In the Omsk media, this is completely prevailing information. But he worked on grain current. In addition, many, although they live on the same street, can not say anything about the family at all: “They never communicated. Looks like normal. ”

Only after a while it becomes clear that the village is very atomized. It is not one of those where everyone knows everything about each other. This is facilitated even by the fact that the houses here are built far from each other, and it is not easy to become an involuntary eyewitness to any drama.

- Kolya ( a civilian wife with children. - I. Zh. ) Brought to Yuryevka four years ago. He himself is indigenous here. These are not his children, ”says one of the neighbors. -They lived normally: he held a little cattle before their arrival, and then they divorced: both horses and sheep. They seemed to be good for children.

During interrogation, Yana said that the reason for her resentment against the family was not only a ban on communication with a young man, but also violence:

Allegedly, the stepfather beat her for misconduct (including a boiler), and her mother, although she did not beat, "crushed morally."

“I asked Yana about two years ago, did they offend her at home?” She replied: “Something happens,” recalls the elderly neighbor of the dead Tamara Kochubey. - Kolya and his first wife offended, and boys ( referring to children from the first marriage. - I. J. ).

According to a pensioner, Yana was friends with her granddaughter.

- And the granddaughter often said that everyone forbid Yana: they didn’t let her go for a walk, if free, she should deal with younger children. And when she began to meet this with the boy, the stepfather scolded her very much. He shouted that he would be lucky to the gynecologist. I said that if they started to meet, now it is useless to scold them - you need to talk, understand the children. After all, the child needs to not only love, but also respect. In general, it was not easy for her psychologically.

A similar picture was described by the minor half -sister of Yana. According to her, due to the ban on meeting Sergey Yana, she saw him at night-when her parents were sleeping. Recently, she closed, complained that she had no friends.

-In the classroom they treated her well, but she really had no friends: she rarely went somewhere. Mostly sitting at home or walked with her younger sister, ”says Yana's classmate. - Only when she began to meet with Seryozha, then from the family “escaped”. She even refused to nurse the younger ones because of him. Parents, of course, did not like it.

The anxiety of parents for the daughter is really explainable. Sergei S. in the village is considered a difficult teenager. Locals say that he often fought, he was allegedly caught in small thefts several times, and two years ago he, by negligence, burned the garage of his uncle.

- Seryozha from a dysfunctional family. A single mother drinking. Four children, ”says one of the interlocutors of the“ New ”in the Yuryevsky school. - He practically did not live at home, all the time I spent the night with friends.

This information is also confirmed in the district department of education: they say that Sergey’s family is “characterized by a socially dangerous position”, and he himself “causes anxiety in terms of performance”. However, what measures were taken to improve the situation of the family, officials do not specify.

The only man who was neither for Sergey nor Yana did not feel, to my surprise, the director of the local school Vladimir Tabachnikov.

- What Yana says about the beatings is not true. Because in terms of parental attitude to children, the family was prosperous. Her mother is even hyper -fucked. She very often came to school-but not in order to make out some kind of conflict, but in order to ask her performance. Well, or asked Yana to release from the lessons: they have two younger children - they constantly need to help.

The director says that Yana studied well and even participated in inter -district history competitions. About Sergey tells that he knows him since childhood.

- He lived with me on the same street, and I never characterized him as a negative hero. He was always reliable: he could be asked to help, and he agreed. Always greeted. Yes, he had his difficulties, but it seemed to me that it was blocked by successes in sports: he was still a volleyball player, participated in competitions. I do not believe that he himself came up with how to commit a murder.

In these words, the director stops and notes that "it is actually dangerous to communicate with reporters." And he refuses further assessments.

- The Yana family was not on any type of accounting. What work will we do with them? It is clearly clear that we exercised our functions within the framework of authority. Conducted standard work: observation, testing. If the emerging things came from the ordinary, then we would know. But the girl behaved, in principle, normal. There were no conflicts of such a format that we would decide: we will put it on the VShK ( intra -school control. - I. Zh. ), Tomorrow we will call the commission on minors, and the day after tomorrow we are depriving the mother of parental rights. The child was positive for us. What happened, we, unfortunately, cannot say. I would be glad that such situations do not happen. And, to be honest, I do not understand why they are taking place ... The roof is going at itself. After all, we work in algorithms ... If we had not worked out them ...

I ask the director what kind of algorithms and how work with students works. He replies: “Now there are no documents at hand. They are one for the whole country - you can find on the Internet. ”

Algorithms are really united for the whole country and for each tragedy.

The students of the Kazan gymnasium No. 175, in which on May 11 last year, had a massive murder occurred , about how school inspections. “We have a psychologist at school. I don’t even remember her name. She came to us during the training three times: in the fourth, sixth and eighth grades. Once every two years. Asked some standard questions about alcohol, drugs, about who we want to become, issued tests. But all this is very formal. ”

Experts also say that on the basis of tests, it is very difficult to identify a psychological problem in a teenager - you need personal communication and repeatedly.

- I think that all these tests can only identify acute psychotic symptoms, which is obvious to others without a psychologist. For example, if a person is incentive or is in agitation ( motor anxiety. - I. Zh. ), - explains the clinical psychologist Evgenia Smolenskaya.

A psychotherapist, psychiatrist-narcologist and psychologist Dmitry Frolov agree with her. He emphasizes that the testing system confirmed according to modern international standards can help, but children also need scientifically sound social work, the system of psychological prevention and affordable psychological assistance ( which are not in Russian schools now. - I. Zh. ).

No one paid attention to future killers until they proceeded to reprisals.

The algorithm of the life of adolescents deciding on a crime is also similar: disliked by parents, with unnoticed problems. So it was in Kazan, in Kerch, in Perm, now in Yuryevka.

Well, most importantly - reluctance to recognize problems. The school principal in a conversation with a Novaya correspondent recalled another case that occurred in Yuryevka in 2013. Then the 12-year-old student committed suicide. In a suicide note, he indicated that he decided to commit suicide, because "by pranks he damaged the tap hose."

- There was also a prosperous child, good. He participated everywhere. Kind. And his family was positive, says the director. - But he took and [committed suicide]. Who knows what's in the head of children? It remains only to call the priest and baptize the district.

Part 3. "Trap"

- Apparently, the boy, unfortunately, is already in line with the criteria for antisocial personality disorder. Moreover, probably in the extreme version of this disorder - psychopathy, ”says the clinical psychologist Evgenia Smolenskaya. -He has all the risk factors. Children with difficult life experience often go along the antisocial path, especially if violence was applied to themselves. The girl, in my opinion, has the duality of behavior: that is, on the one hand, she is kind, flexible, helps to care for younger children. And on the other hand, she has grievances, there are complaints about roles in the social hierarchy.

According to the psychologist, Sergei became a “defender” for Yana, “with the help of which, as it seemed, problems can be solved.” At the same time, Smolenskaya notes that adolescents, obviously, did not calculate the consequences of the crime.

- They had a very short planning horizon: now everything has happened, “victory”, they take control of the situation. And what next - and do not think. Alas, many people do this at their age.

- The cruelty of the crime participants is explained, in my opinion, with such possible irrational attitudes: “I must absolutely do at any cost what I think is correct and what I want. Other people, their life and experiences, mean nothing. I am above other people, ethical rules and laws. I am special. There will be nothing wrong with me, I will avoid the consequences without problems, ”explains the psychotherapist Dmitry Frolov. - In adolescents, such ideas arise more often, it is more difficult for them to control them than adults, due to the underdevelopment of rational thinking and psychological flexibility.

The desire to kill parents (namely parents, close people), according to Evgeny Smolensk, is usually connected with "violence, which is perceived as a trap."

- These are such unbearable circumstances from which a person cannot come out. Exactly according to the same logic, women kill their husbands-Tirals when they are sleeping. From the side it seems that you can leave, hide, but the person himself perceives what is happening differently. He is in a state of chronic stress. Teenagers, due to the underdevelopment of rational thinking, can make such decisions impulsively: now I was forbidden for something-and I went to murder. Violence does not have to be physical, in a trap situation you can also be due to psychological pressure.

The investigation has already appointed a psychiatric examination to Sergey and Yana. Now both teenagers have been sent to a pre -trial detention center for two months. They face up to 10 years in prison. The lawyer of Sergei Maxim Busygin told the Novaya Gazeta correspondent that he would not appeal the preventive measure. The algorithm, according to which the unnecessary are taken, entered these teenagers into the final stage.
