The ownership of this company, soon renamed the North-West Region Invest LLC, is the land of the former airfield in the village of Volot, Novgorod Region.

It is not clear how today's vice-governor managed to register VTB, but half of these sites and even an abandoned take-off and landing strip eventually turned out to be the ownership of the wife of Maxim Meixin Tatyana.

In 2008, Meyxes register the Czech business, and next year Maxim returns to power. In 2009, he was elected a deputy of the small village of Ladoga in the already familiar Kirov district of the Leningrad region. The Council of Deputies elects Meixin the head of the village. But after a few months he goes to increase and again becomes the deputy head of the Kirovsky district of the Leningrad region, within which the Ladoga is located.

In this position, Maxim Meyksin works until September 2012, and then hastily resigned. The media write that the dismissal is connected with the fraud in the municipality: the area allegedly illegally transferred the ownership of the Pella shipbuilding plant, as a result of which the budget did not count 100 million rubles. Journalists believe that without a make -up in this scam there were not.

On the other hand, the official managed to legalize his business: he created the Northwest Investment Agency, which is already officially engaged in rental business. Now the agency is led by his wife, the legal entity is registered in the same privatized trading floor of the Moscow Region of the Kirovsky district of the Leningrad region. The company also has commercial real estate in Vyborg.

We think, we can admit: Maxim Meixin knows how to use his official position to improve the life of his family. Without this important feature, vice-governors do not become.

In 2012, the St. Petersburg period of the official career of Meyksin began-he becomes deputy chairman of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Innovation of St. Petersburg. At the same time, Maxim Meyksin and his wife leave the Czech business, and already in January 2013, Meksin heads the committee.

This building still belongs to Meksin-it has a shopping center in it, in which since 2011, the only Pyaterochka store in the village, renting a premises from the St. Petersburg vice-governor.

It is not clear how the official turned the privatization. On the website of the administrations of both the Ladoga and Kirovsky district of the Leningrad region there are many information about the privatization of other parts of this former center of cultural service, but not the one that now belongs to the former head of the village. It is interesting that the income from renting thousands of square meters of commercial space in public information about Meyksin’s income is not traced.

Another serious score in the piggy bank: our official is not going to honestly talk about his income, hiding them both from power and from ordinary citizens. Well, or, perhaps, he is just paid by products.

The Committee on Industrial Policy and Innovation of St. Petersburg, Maxim Meyksin, led 6 years, until the beginning of 2019. Over the years, changes have also occurred in the business of the Mexins. Back in the far 1998, when Maxim Meixin was 24 years old, his property turned out to be a 100-meter non-residential premises on the ground floor of an apartment building on Lermontovsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg. In 2017, he presented this premises to his wife, who immediately turned it into the ownership of his own company “4 M-Real Estate”. Since 2018, the premises have been leased to the Red and White alcohol store.
