Just imagine: two -thirds of today's first -graders will work in professions that do not yet exist, Bank of America predicts. And this is not all: after three years, 5 million robots will work in the world - twice as much as in 2019. For comparison: this is approximately equal to the population of St. Petersburg, Melbourne or two Paris. What will the employees of the future be and what leaders do they need? How to prepare yourself for competition with artificial intelligence? And what to do to those who will lose in this struggle?
These and other topics publisher The Bell and “Russian Norms!” Anfisa Voronina discussed with Pavel Voronin, a member of the board and the first Vice President of MTS technology, and Alena Vladimir, the owner and head of the Alena Vladimir Career Laboratory, one of the largest recruiting experts and HR for the Internet industry. See the release on the Bell.club YouTube channel and read the main ideas of the meeting in this article.

It is impossible to imagine the modern world without robots: they answer calls, write us to a doctor, sort the goods and bring food. The world trend for robotization will only grow, and, of course, robots will replace part of the employees, says Pavel Voronin. This is primarily about employees performing routine tasks, those whose work is a set of boring and repeating actions. These are ordinary employees among lawyers, economists, recruiters and drivers, gives examples of Alena Vladimir.
For the rest, robots will become assistants. Once people were opposed to computers, fearing that they would replace them, reminds Voronin: “But another thing happened: computers, tablets and phones became our assistants, changing the working environment and becoming its integral part.” So it will be with robots: he is sure: “Cobots” will be more widespread - robots working with a person, and a combination of artificial and emotional intelligence will remove uninteresting work from people, leaving them creative, smart and more interesting.

According to MTS technologies
People are much more effective in what they like to do, and not what they are forced to do.
So, in MTS, about 10,000 digital robots are already collecting reports and data analyst.
You can prepare for competition with robots now. For example, having studied related areas. Vladimir gives examples: for lawyers these are areas of intellectual or copyright, as well as all that concerns artificial intelligence. “This will not be a new profession, but such a specialist will increase his value, value, demand,” she said.
By 2025, in the world, due to the replacement of manual labor by cars and robots, 85 million jobs will disappear, but they will replace 97 million new ones, the World Economic Forum predicts.
There will be more and more services that use emotional intelligence, the analysis of the data and knowledge of the user’s psychology, Vladimir agrees: “Companies work with psychologists to understand what the client needs and how to ensure a more personalized approach, predicting his future behavioral patterns.”
MTS is working on creating an assistant robot who can recognize customer emotions and, depending on this, choose a type of communication. Such a robot will contribute to the “empathic binding to the brand and services of MTS”, Horonin expects, and this, in turn, should lead to an increase in loyalty, a decrease in the outflow of subscribers and the cost of their retention.
The “mega-trend” of recent times is the appearance of a metavselnaya, says Voronin. This is a permanent virtual space in which people and companies can interact with each other and with digital objects through their avatars, using virtual reality technologies.
The development of technology inevitably leads to the emergence of new professions. The market needs specialists who can look at user experience in a new way and create new products: for example, by combining cinema and video games. Digital art will develop largely thanks to NON-Fungible Tokens technology-a way of digital identification of digital art objects, music, video, paintings.-The Bell).
According to Voronin, the market will require the developers of sensors who transmit information from physical space to digital, programmers of neuro interfaces, and possibly digital lawyers who will work with the protection of rights in the meta -combat combat. Voronin himself also leads the RND laboratory, "which is engaged in developments in the field of quantum calculations, metavselnaya technologies, and so on."

I have already turned to me for help in the search for the head of the metavselnaya. Those who want to lead her is the sea, but can do it - four people throughout the country
New professions will arise in the field of online education, drone engineers. “Robots also need training manuals and scripts telling how to act. In addition, those who get over robots who have received uninteresting work will be required, ”said Vladimir.
The technological leader knows how to see the future and determine the development of the company, the team trusts him, describes the portrait of the leader Voronin. This is not an authoritarian person, his main skill is to hear the team and be able to negotiate. IT specialists can not hold the salary or “buns”, they follow the leader, Vladimir agrees.
That is why the leaders of the future should have a whole set of Soft Skills, says Voronin. Three quarters of the companies-the participants of the Harris Poll survey replied that they value Soft Skills more than ever, and every fifth considers them more valuable than professional skills.
Soft Skills is “soft skills”, socio-psychological qualities. They increase the effectiveness of interaction with people, but at the same time do not depend on a specific profession and you can always “take with you” when changing the industry or type of activity.
Hard Skills is “hard skills” directly related to activities or a specific profession.
Professionals over 35 years old are better than others in companies, Vladimir’s observations shares: those who, due to age and experience, know how to speak an adult language, understand and listen.
To prepare for professional volatility, for competition with artificial intelligence, to a possible change in the profession in the framework of digital transformation and grow a new leader, according to speakers, can only be studied constantly. Only a year without training - and you are hopelessly outdated, says Voronin.
