Another report was drawn up against Morgenstern under the article on drug propaganda

In Naberezhnye Chelny, the police drew up a protocol against rapper Morgenstern (Alisher Valeev) under an article on drug propaganda (part 1.1 of article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is reported by TASS.

Specialists of the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University conducted a linguo-botanical examination and found that the tattoo on the musician’s chest depicts a plant that “looks like hemp”.

Experts from the Moscow Scientific and Practical Center for Narcology of the Moscow Department of Health found in Morgenstern’s videos “New Wave”, “El problema” and “Yung Hefner” “multiple scenes that form in the viewer associative links between the admissibility of illegal consumption of hemp plant products and success”.

The musician's lawyer Sergei Zhorin told TASS that initially the police checked the lyrics of Morgenstern's songs, but did not find drug propaganda there. After that, the experts found a tattoo of alleged marijuana and, on the basis of this, decided that the rapper was still engaged in propaganda.

“It turns out that with this tattoo, no matter what Morgenstern says and no matter what he sings, according to the policeman, all this will be drug propaganda,” the defender comments.

February 10 On the same day, February 9, the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court of Tatarstan returned the materials of the administrative case to the police due to procedural violations. It is reported by Interfax.

Among the violations, the court noted the fact that the report on Morgenstern was drawn up in his absence.

• In November 2021, the Investigative Committee launched an investigation into an article on drug propaganda because of the video for Morgenstern's song "Pablo". In addition, the UK registered materials on checking the work of the rapper for 2013-2021. According to investigators, it may contain calls for drug use. In the same month, the rapper's restaurant was temporarily closed and his concert was cancelled .
• In June 2021, Morgenstern was fined one hundred thousand rubles under an article on drug propaganda because of the tracks Rosovoe Vino-2 and Family.
• At the end of 2020, the prosecutor's office demanded that Morgenstern's song "I ate grandfather" be banned.
