Residents of the village complain that the new neighbors connected to the general transformer, which is why the light is turned off in Caravaevo several times a day. In addition, according to them, the owner of the site did not solve the problem with sewage, water and garbage collection.

According to the headman of the settlement of Anatoly Kurov, in the warm season, 70 people live in Karavaevo, in winter - about 20 people. If the huts are completely populated, migrants in the village will become many times more than local. “People are afraid,” Kurov notes .

Outraged residents have already appealed to the administration of the settlement, which transferred the complaint to the district authorities. They sent a cadastral engineer to Karavaevo. He confirmed that 47 migrants have already been registered in the hut, but noted that the construction is being carried out legally. At the end of January, the residents of Karavaevo reached a folk gathering demanding to solve the problem.

The authorities of the Kingisepp district of the Leningrad region must consider the appeal of the prosecutor's office until February 15.
