Natalia is sure: after the verdict Nikita, her son’s business will now fly in the same direction very quickly - it seems to her that the Saratov court was just waiting, - a sentence in the canine case.

Lawyer Alexander Fedulov, although he does not agree with this conclusion, he also believes that with the decision in the case of Igor they will not pull anymore - everything will be completed, most likely, this month.

“I think that in Saratov they did not expect Kansk’s decision,” he says, “although they probably looked around.” Still, the qualifications are different. Nikita has article 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - undergoing training in order to carry out terrorist activities, Igor - 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he is accused of preparing an armed attack on school students. I believe that if there is a team to plant children - and one of his classmates passes with Igor in the case - it will be performed regardless of Kansk.

The lawyer joined this case already at the trial stage, but managed to get acquainted with Igor and find out so much as to say confidently:

- He is an ordinary guy developed for his age, pleasant, polite, educated. If you compare it with Nikita from Kansk, with whom I personally are not familiar, but I know, of course, I read a lot, firstly, and secondly, my friend defended him, Shustov, unlike him, is a quiet guy. To whom no ideas of anarchism are at all close at all, he is far from all this, he, in principle, did not climb anywhere.

- Why are they clung to such different children and judge them as real criminals?

-We very often hear when the country's president appears to the FSB officers, how many spies are caught, however, for some reason the topic is never seriously covered. And how many terrorist attacks were prevented ... The whole state allocates tremendous money to the security forces. And in order to somehow justify your expenses, the easiest way is to fight with children, ”Alexander Fedulov answers the question. And adds:

- I have already spoke in the speeches in the case of the network ( the organization was recognized as terrorist and banned in the Russian Federation. - G. M. ) that the court has become a hand through which the state reports that everyone needs to close their mouths. Including youth, which differs from the generation of even mine - and this is 30 with a small one - the fact that he is much less afraid. For the fact that you play computer games, I can come for you, and you will leave for 5 years, like Nikita, or for 9 years, like Kuksov, my client is client.

Of course, Igor Shustov also played in computer games, but his problems with the law began even more absurd. In the eighth grade (it was autumn 2019), students at the school were asked to prepare a project on any topic that is interesting to them. Igor chose the theme of sculpture ( armed attack by a student or a third -party person on schoolchildren inside an educational institution. - G. M. ). I searched for materials with my mother, watched a film about “Columbine” ( recognized as terrorist and banned in Russia . - G. M. ). I received an excellent assessment for this work. In the materials of the criminal case there is a fragment of the interrogation of the teacher Valeria Privalova, where she says that at first she was surprised at the choice of the topic, but, having listened to the student’s presentation, she realized that “it's okay ... since his work concerned the history of the phenomenon and ways to protect children from him.”

But from the moment Igor began to look for material for the school report on the Internet and on social networks, a certain Lisa began to ask for his friends, on the page of which the age was 17 years old. As it turned out later, she was full of 19. And Igor was only 14. They began to meet, and the more the girl spoke about her passion for military themes, the more the boy admired her. If he had critical thinking, now his love overshadowed him. And the girl called him not somewhere there at the exhibition or to the park-she invited him to an abandoned bomb shelter. Of course, he “flew”, and, of course, there, “quite by accident”, a box with a torn -out double -barrel was discovered. He examined, rejoiced, but put in place, and the second time they took with them here and his friend Zhenya. Here, the boys were arrested here. They played a little and as soon as they decided to put a rape in place - a crowd of adult men burst, they knocked their children face in the ground and began to beat.

This happened on February 24, 2020, at that time Igor was only 15 years old, now he is 17.

“This moment is one of the most important,” Igor Fedulov’s lawyer continues to comment on the situation.

- About two months have passed between two campaigns in the bomb shelter. FSB officers were well aware of the presence of weapons in an abandoned bomb shelter, they had all the data of Igor,

His friend and, of course, a clear provocateur of Lisa. And at the same time they did not take measures that were supposed to be adopted in accordance with the Law on operational-search activities. This is very important. If you really think that adolescents are preparing a mass execution, you need to instantly stop it in the root! This is the only goal of your service, it is not in the cutting of “sticks”, not in obtaining extraordinary titles, but in the suppression and prevention of crime.

This was not done, and it was not only one reason: because they knew very well that nothing was being prepared. How else to explain two -month inaction? No, because they knew that there was no corpus delicti in the actions of the boys, but there was a pure water provocation of the FSB officers. In fact, the whole criminal case is built on the analysis of the correspondence of Lisa and Igor. But the task of the court is to simply evaluate from the point of view of common sense the actions that he committed, and the reality of what he told her. For example, about some people from Germany who should bring weapons on an airplane somehow ...

Well, yes, asking the question: what can it be a reality, or is it just a boy’s drawing in front of a girl, who, firstly, older, secondly, really like it, and really want to seem cool and omnipotent? And thirdly, he clearly wanted to please-it was the topic of the weapon that was interesting to her, he could not feel it, she simply brought him constantly to talk about it. On February 24, Igor Shustov has and, of course, his whole family has a sad date: it will turn exactly two years since life turned into endless horror. On this day, in 2020, he was arrested in a bomb shelter, beaten, and his parents were taken away after the many hours of search, not allowing them to call their relatives so that there was someone to sit with Igor’s three -year -old brother. From 18 o’clock until the first in the morning, the kid remained at home alone - this is, in fact, leaving in danger, there is such an article in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

February 25, 2020, at 7 in the morning, Igor’s boys and Zhenya were taken to the IVS.

“By the power of horror, IVS takes second place for me,” Igor told me. - At the first, of course, the moment of detention, when I thought that the bandits were killing us. But in the IVS it was also very scary. The situation is terrible, the music constantly played in the cell, and it was impossible to turn it off. I was alone.

On the same evening, February 25, the FSB and the Investigative Committee gave information in the media with a passage of a video shot during interrogation. The intimidated Igor and Zhenya answer exactly as they were told: they planned to kill 40 students of the class out of revenge. They were intimidated, as Igor says: they will not say as they should be, relatives will suffer. Later they refused these testimonies.

On March 12, 2020, the guys were released from the pre -trial detention center - they sent under house arrest. In early April, Igor and Zhenya were sent to a psychological and psychiatric examination to the Hospital named after St. Sophia, where they were afraid to fall asleep, because the guy with a diagnosis of schizophrenia said that he hears the voices that order him to strangle them.

There the guys spent a month, they were recognized as mentally healthy. From April to October, Igor was under house arrest, then the preventive measure was canceled.

“For two years, the son turned from a healthy cheerful child into a completely sick person,” says Igor’s mother Natalya Kim.

- He has serious problems with hearing, impaired cerebral circulation, also found Reino's syndrome. Nervous tics, panic attacks, problems with the digestive system appeared - now we are also being treated with a gastroenterologist. The other day literally began the first phase of treatment. The doctor said that the psyche can not cope, the body reacts like this. After house arrest, when he was sitting for so much time in the room, he almost stopped hearing ... There is so much time hanging over us that you can go crazy. Here again the trial begins, for the umpteenth time this sticky fear and a feeling of hopeless horror.

- What happens in court? Everything happens exactly the same as everywhere in recent years in any business. Surprising, amazing, angry the same thing - complete disobedience to the law, ”says lawyer Alexander Fedulov. - A pair of examples: classifying the operative, who conducted an interrogation, the data of which are known based on the materials of the criminal case. But during interrogation it is “secret”, and interrogation turns into a farce, because the voice changes, and the technical conditions of the court do not allow to organize everything normally. In the end, we just sit and do not hear half the interrogation.

The same thing happened with the interrogation of a classified key witness - Lisa: half is not heard. The court decided that it would do so ... It was amazing that in this situation we have two little boys and all do not give a damn about their fate! And the fact that in their actions there is no absolutely corpus delicti, also does not give a damn. The main thing is that modern realities make it possible to “secret” witnesses convenient for the investigation. Their testimony cannot be refuted without specific data, when some of the operational-search actions are not provided in the materials of the criminal case. This "fog" allows them to manipulate the data that they have.

In the criminal case there is not a single evidence that Igor and Zhenya were going to really acquire some ammunition, weapons. There is no description of active actions, and preparation for murder should be expressed in active actions.

This whole story led to the fact that a healthy boy Igor Shustov received big health problems. It would be strange not to get sick with such psychological pressure, when it is not clear what to wait. Of course, hoping at least for some positive outcome of the case, we all perfectly understand in what realities we live.

After listening to the lawyer, I recall the phrase from the book East of Edem John Steinbek: "The law was created to save, not destroy people." In our realities, it is worth clarifying: "At least children." And to say that the use of the law for the destruction of innocent boys is a monstrous crime that has no excuses.
