The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the return of units of the Western and Southern military districts to constant deployment points after the completion of the exercises. The US State Department said that Russia not only does not go to de -escalate the situation around Ukraine, but also continues to concentrate troops on the border. According to the representative of the Ned Price department, Moscow has already gathered more than 150 thousand military personnel on the borders, increasing the presence of seven thousand people in recent days.
