Bailiffs banned Morgenstern from selling two McLaren and Porsche sports cars due to fines of 9,500 rubles

Bailiffs imposed restrictions on two sports cars of rapper Alisher Morgenstern - a blue McLaren 600LT Coupe and a yellow Porsche 911 Turbo S worth about 18 million rubles each. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the traffic police base.

Restrictions were imposed on February 17. Morgenstern was banned from carrying out registration actions with cars: selling and registering a car for a new owner, restoring or replacing documents for a car. It follows from the traffic police database that the restrictions were imposed by Filatov Pavel Vladimirovich - a person with that name, according to data from open sources, works in the bailiff service.

The press service of the Moscow Department of the Bailiff Service reported that restrictions on the debtor's property could be imposed "in order to compel the debtor to execute the writ of execution."

Lawyer Sergei Zhorin said that he learned from the media about the restrictions imposed on Morgenstern. “For violations of traffic rules, fines totaling about nine thousand rubles were issued, as well as restrictions were imposed on certain property of Alisher,” Zhorin said. According to him, he personally paid the fines, but the restrictions were not lifted.

The REN TV channel previously reported that "bailiffs arrested the expensive fleet" of Morgenstern due to eight unpaid fines totaling 9.5 thousand rubles.

In autumn, the Investigative Committee decided to check Morgenstern's "Pablo" clip.
