The Bakhchisaray District Court of Crimea arrested Edem Dudakov, a delegate of the Kurultai of the Crimean Tatar people, under the article on inciting ethnic hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for 10 days for a 2017 comment on Facebook.
