An activist who took part in a rally in defense of the Trinity Forest was fined 10 thousand rubles

The Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow fined activist Alexander Kubalov 10,000 rubles under an article on violation of the rules for participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported to OVD-Info by lawyer Mikhail Biryukov, who cooperates with the project.

throughout Moscow On February 17, participants in the action in defense of the Trinity Forest were detained . Kubalov was taken to the Dorogomilovsky police station and a trial was scheduled for the next day.

• In the Trinity Forest (New Moscow), eco-activists and caring local residents are regularly on duty, who oppose the cutting down of some trees to build a school. On February 12, the police detained more than 10 people who were on duty in the forest.
