In Moscow, on Pushkin Square, six people were detained who participated in single pickets against the war with Ukraine: Lev Ponomarev, Mikhail Kriger, Nikolai Rekubratsky, Yuri Samodurov, Mikhail Udimov and Olga Mazurova. Olga Mazurova reported this to OVD-Info.
The picketers had posters: “Schools and hospitals instead of bombs and shells,” “Hands off Ukraine,” “Down with the power of the security officers,” “Russia, don’t touch Ukraine,” “No war with Ukraine,” “Freedom for Ukrainian political prisoners.”
The detainees are in a paddy wagon near Pushkinskaya Square.
Ponomarev, Krieger and Udimov were taken to the Tverskoy police station. A lawyer from OVD-Info, Ilya Utkin, is sent to them. The rest of the detainees were taken to another department - it is not yet known which one.
14:35 Samodurov, Rekubratsky and Mazurova were taken to the Meshchansky police station.
14:41 Meanwhile, Anna Krechetova and Alexander Matskevich were detained on Pushkinskaya Square. Matskevich had a poster “There is no justification for war.” Marina Natapova, who observed the arrest, reported this to OVD-Info.
A lawyer from OVD-Info, Yulia Kuznetsova, is sent to the Meshchansky OP.

The police released human rights activist Lev Ponomarev from the Tverskoy OP with a report on violation of the rules of participation in the action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). Mikhail Kriger was charged with an article about organizing an uncoordinated action (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences), and Mikhail Udimov was charged with an article of disobedience to the legal demands of police (Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Krieger and Udimov were left overnight at the police station pending trial. At the department, the detainees were assisted by a lawyer from OVD-Info, Ilya Utkin.
20:03 The police drew up a report against Mikhail Matskevich at the Yakimanka police station for violating the rules of participation in the rally (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) and released him. Anna Krechetova was charged with an article on repeated violation of the “rally” legislation (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). She was kept at the police station overnight until the trial.
