The war, which seemed completely inevitable yesterday, was most likely delayed for at least a week. The fact is that Macron also phoned with the American president. As a result, Biden agreed to hold an emergency meeting with Putin, if, as the press secretary of the White House Jen Psaki said, there will be no invasion of Ukraine. Despite the fact that the summit should be preceded by negotiations between the heads of diplomatic departments of the two countries. As a result, the Russian offensive, about which Biden recently spoke of the case already decided (decided by Vladimir Putin, of course) is postponed. Despite the fact that the situation in the last days looked like "American slides."

First, last week, when the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the return of individual units to the place of constant deployment, it seemed that the Kremlin was ready to retreat. It soon became clear that this was not so. In NATO, no withdrawal of troops was recorded and considered statements in the withdrawal of troops by military cunning. The fact that the Kremlin intends to begin the next round of nerves struggle became clear when, meeting with the Belarusian dictator, Putin announced the inevitability of Western sanctions: “Sanctions will be imposed in any case. There is some reason today, let's say the events in Ukraine or there is no such reason-it will be found, because the goal is in another. The goal is to slow down the development, in this case, Russia and Belarus. ” Following the aircraft of pre -recorded appeals of the heads of the self -proclaimed republics to the subordinate population. They said that their intelligence managed to find out the insidious Ukrainian plans for a large -scale offensive in order to destroy separatist enclaves. Obviously, Kyiv in a fit of madness decided to advance when superior Russian forces remain on the border of the republic. The heads of separatists announced universal mobilization for men from 18 to 55 years old and the evacuation of women and children to Russia. The OSCE mission recorded a sharp increase in the number of violations of the ceasefire agreement. Russia stated that one shell has already fallen in the Rostov region. There is an attempt to artificially create a humanitarian crisis (communication with Lukashenko, apparently, did not pass for Putin for nothing).

According to one version, a demonstration in tent towns torn from the places of residence of civilians should give Moscow an additional argument in disputes with the West about the future of Ukraine. According to another, a pretext is created to declare that Russia cannot further endure the “genocide” (in the terminology of Vladimir Putin) and intends to stop it by military means. At the same time, it is difficult to determine the scale and duration of such an operation today. The possibility of intervention is hinting at the simultaneous holding of the Council of the Federation and the State Duma, which will give the head of state the right to introduce troops into Ukraine.

The reasons for why Moscow so inflated the bets is more or less obvious. The Kremlin, considering that in recent years the West has weakened (the assault on the Capitol and a shame of the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan, a division due to the protection of minority rights, etc.), decided to change the alignment of forces in Europe and the world in their favor. The United States and NATO were presented in principle, in principle, ultimatums about NATO non -expanding and the return of the alliance infrastructure abroad in 1997. The main means of pressure, except for the uncleaned "military-technical measures", was the threat of unleashing large-scale war in Ukraine. The West, however, did not succumb to blackmail. In response to a significant increase in the Russian armed forces near the boundaries of the neighboring state, Washington and Brussels announced the development of unprecedented sanctions measures, which, according to their authors, are able to cause great damage to the Russian economy in the event of an attack. At the same time, it was obvious that it was impossible to endlessly keep the troops in increased combat readiness. But Putin can organically come to terms with the defeat. And the second round of confrontation began using fake messages about the Ukrainian attack and movement in order to propagate thousands of unfortunate residents of Donbass.

In this situation, Paris, with his experience in communicating with African leaders with their supervision and complexes, decided to respect the Russian boss.
