The tale of aliens

Let's face the truth. Humanity is on the verge of extinction. Putin's policy of balancing on the verge of war with Ukraine, pulling out armed groups to the border, the readiness of Russian soldiers and officers to fulfill the order of the commander in chief, no matter how monstrous he is, they say this is about this. As well as the results of sociological surveys, indicating the approval of a considerable part of Russians of possible hostilities against neighbors. All this is a sign of an extremely dangerous situation. Nuclear war is possible, and no one knows how it ends.

What is pushing Russians to support hostilities, which makes the military comply with criminal orders? The innate need of people to squeeze the neighboring tribe, gain his lands, and ensure success in intraspecific natural selection. Oddly enough, but it was this feature of the primitive culture of people that ensured the support of the Russians in 2014 by the annexation of Crimea. As, however, the requirement of most residents of Ukraine to return Crimea to the boundaries of their state. Let's think: the vast majority of both Russians and Ukrainians will not go to the Crimea. Personally, they do not need him. This is not an extra hundred to a summer cottage. And not an additional room in a privatized apartment. This is an abstraction! But people are ready to give their lives for her!

However, the primitive needs of people, the desire to grab the lands for their tribe are completely correlated with the desire of dictators to secure the support of peoples. Natural needs only strengthen the throne.

But for humanity, prospects are much worse. The opposition of NATO countries against Ukraine (at least by supplying weapons) indicates that the nuclear apocalypse is not excluded on the threshold. A war is quite possible, which will put an end to humanity as a species.

In such a situation, at least some discharge can be given to us fantasies. For example, about what highly developed aliens could do, they arrive at Earth. Why they would decide to save humanity from self -destruction, it is incomprehensible. Maybe for the same reasons why we try to preserve the disappearing species of animals? Moreover, the technique of these aliens would be much more developed, the ability to use it is fabulous, and their culture went far ahead. Let's fantasize about such a miracle together.

Naturally, the first task of aliens would be the need to crush this very innate need of people to seize the territories of their neighbors. But how to do it? Obviously, at first through complete and universal disarmament, and only then through the correction of the culture of earthlings. Imagine that aliens have the ability not only to recognize the role of specific people in societies from the space, but also the opportunity, from there, from space, to punish those who do not comply with their orders. Fiction? But we fantasize!

The first orders will naturally relate to nuclear disarmament and liquidation of the armed forces of states. You can demand this from military different countries and you can punish them in different ways. The main thing is that they realize the hopelessness of their position, are ready to first disable weapons, and then leave "to the citizen". As soon as information about terrible sanctions regarding those who disobeyed the order from space, i.e. The orders of the aliens will reach the military, and they will have nothing to resist aliens, the military will have a desire to dump their form. This process should be fast and well -organized “from above”. First, it will be necessary to disable weapons, and then they will be allowed to leave for a citizen. Will the military have a desire to deal with these very aliens, forcing them to disarm? Undoubtedly. But there will simply be no way.

Of course, it would be better if the aliens themselves had tools that allowed them to destroy nuclear and other weapons. Say, through the discarding of nuclear charges into the hollows of oceans or into specially created cracks in the mantle of the Earth. But all this depends on what kind of aliens at the disposal of the technology would have.

Having eliminated nuclear weapons in a short time, aliens would have to reorganize the orders adopted in the human community. Because not fundamentally than - spears or missiles - people are ready to kill neighbors. It is important to get rid of them a natural need to seize the lands of neighbors.

For this, aliens, first of all, will have to dissolve, i.e. eliminate the current states. That is, communities with their inherent alienation of citizens from authorities. It will require forcible dismemberment of states into completely independent small provinces, such as Swiss cantons. At the same time, in these provinces the most influential authorities should become local authorities. Something like today in Finland.

As in the case of disarmament, this process will be tough resistance to those in power. Again you will have to apply hard sanctions in different forms. And most importantly, the development of the culture of self -government, the growth of political activity of the population will be required. Without the introduction of powerful incentives, nothing will work for this. And without cooperation of aliens with advanced earthlings. With people of democratic beliefs. But what will they have to do?

Another measure aimed at overcoming the natural need to capture other people's lands should be a gradual transition of earthlings to a universal official language. After all, the spoken language is the main sign of the difference between “their own” from “strangers”. Humanity has a great historical experience in the unification of languages, this is not the first to us. Therefore, after fifty years, certain measures, such as active teaching of the language, various incentives for its development, the gradual transition to document management in the global language will eliminate this “linguistic” stimulus to confront with neighbors. If humanity avoids nuclear apocalypse, then it is possible that without aliens we will learn to communicate in the same language. But this will require many centuries.

In order for humanity to realize itself as a unified community, it is useful to unify the legislation of different provinces, choosing the best examples for the sample. The goal is to achieve a real separation of powers, to achieve positional conflicts in the power, the formation of a system of checks and counterweights in the power. And these are parliaments and local councils that are really independent of the bureaucracy, these are independent fair courts, this is the real right of citizens to hold corrupt officials accountable and earn on this. That is, it will be required to create incentives and institutions for the fight against corruption, in violation of laws and rules. It will be necessary to stimulate civil activity in the struggle for the rule of law. It is difficult to say how much the participation of aliens is needed in this. But the fact that this will bring undoubted benefit to the process of development and rallying of mankind is undoubted.

We add that with real globalization, with a certain unification of legal norms and relationships between people, humanity can not do without an organ that produces the trajectory of further development. That is, an updated new humanity will need a new UN - the World Parliament. Whether the aliens will help to form it - the question is open even in our fantasies.

Given such a powerful globalization of mankind, a transition to a single world currency will be required. And here, too, it is not very clear what role the aliens could play. But the fact that in the Unified world one cannot do without a single currency is obvious.

A large role in the preservation of mankind will play the protection of nature, the processing of garbage, the development of ecology as dominant policy. And here the role of aliens can be called into question. People themselves want to live on clean earth.

Of course, fantasies about the participation of aliens in the preservation of mankind are just fantasies. But I really want to dream about wonderful salvation, standing aboard a drowning ship!
