In St. Petersburg, on Palace Square, police detained activist Nikita Volkov, who went out in a solo picket with a poster for the resignation of Vladimir Putin. Volkov himself informed OVD-Info about this.

According to the man, he managed to stand with the poster for three minutes. The security forces took away his passport and took him to police station No. 78 of the Central District. A lawyer from OVD-Info Sergey Podolsky came to his aid.
