“I have mixed sensations. Firstly, not throughout Vladimir, but first of all in the area of the interchange of the Dimitrovsky bridge. Further - quite difficult. There is a private sector, and a complex relief, and a large cliff. I remember my surprise about 15 years ago, when I first got into the private sector in that place. Where the land plot on which the house was located simply had no fence, and he went to the cliff. There is actually amazing.
Ideally, in a normal city that clearly plans its future and expects to make the urban environment and generally space for people - this is the best place in the city.
We live on the shore of a stunning huge river. Of course, the territories along the shores of the Ob need to be mastered. But to master, preserving the green zones, including spontaneously established. Change the development, getting rid of the premises that do not really correspond to the recreational zones. Warehouses, some production zones along the banks of the river, especially in the railway area [leave] is not worth it.
But, when we see how, at what pace and at what number of storeys the development occurs ... and the same thing happens on the left bank. Please note that on the other side of the river, new residential complexes (there are four of them, as far as I remember) people are selling a view of the Ob, and then a new house with a huge number of storeys, which blocks this species, is already blocking.
But there is not so scary yet. And what do we see on the right bank? The vast territory of the city between the railway and the coast of Ob is as if isolated from the city center, although it is literally a stone's throw. Moreover, this section - the coastal part of the railway region - was also torn into two parts with a denouement when leaving the Dimitrovsky bridge.
Therefore, we have two territories. One is just Vladimirovskaya Street, roughly speaking, from Sukharny to the Dimitrovsky bridge. The second is Factory Street, from the bridge to South Square. These are different territories - both in the history of development, and by type, in terms of communications. At the factory there is still a cargo port that somehow works. There are even several residential low -rise buildings in the industrial zone.
The railway here tears the city, under it there are no sufficient number of passes and driveways. There are very few transitions over the railway. Conditionally normally it can be crossed in this area in only four places.
And we see how an increase in square meters of housing, which “lies” with this territory, firstly, is not at all confirmed by social infrastructure, and this is a citywide problem. But this situation is not very supported by transport infrastructure. And all communications here are longitudinal. That is, it is quite easy to come from the Vladimirovsky district, for example, to the Kalinin Square area, although there are traffic jams. It’s already hard to leave with Factory anywhere, because the exit from there in any direction rests on fantastic traffic jams. There is only a railway crossing across the Spartak bridge.
Further, literally a few years later, in my opinion, the question will arise: if there is such an amount of housing that is planned with such a number of storeys, with so much population, how will the city solve the problem with the railway? This is the main question for me. Therefore, I would allocate land for development in this area with a very large eye on and, possibly, slowing down the process.
And all the forces of the mayor [Novosibirsk Anatoly Lokot] and the governor [Andrei Travnikov] should put on the organization of interaction with the West Siberian railway. Because in this situation it harms the city more than helps. That is, it torn more important areas than connects. Yes, there are some attempts to include a train in the city’s public transport system-for example, suburban. Something is happening, but this is such a trifle.
Nevertheless, this is the infrastructure and transport axis of the city, and something needs to be done with it. You need to understand that the road is primarily not along, but across. How to cross the railway from the coastal [microdistrict] to Chelyuskin or from the factory to the quiet center simply and in places where you are not afraid to go, where it is not dark, not dirty and safe. How will it be solved and when? Unfortunately, I don't know. "
