Covid certificates will be issued for any number of antibodies

From February 21, 2022, if you have a positive result of a PCR test or antibody tests, regardless of their quantity, you can receive a Covid certificate once for six months. The corresponding order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation came into force.

The certificate must be issued within three days after submitting the application through the government services portal if it contains information about the tests. The document will be valid for six months. Re-issuance is not provided.

Previously, such a QR code could only be received by those vaccinated against coronavirus, holders of a medical exemption, as well as those who received a positive test result for coronavirus and whose antibodies were detected after illness.
