- How does mobilization go in your city?
- We have 60 thousand people of the population, and the order came to call for 5 thousand. In reality, a man was taken away. But this was paralyzed by almost the whole city, because they called, for example, drivers: public transport, transport companies. In fairness, I’ll say in fairness: before that, the enterprise could submit lists of those who, as they say, cannot be touched - without whom the production will rise. But, apparently, due to the complete inorganization of the work of the military enlistment offices, from where the old employees at one time have raised, they collect people like.
On one of the mines, for example, they simply called on all employees. And the mine, of course, got up. They need non -one, sensible ones - so they remove them from jobs.
It happens that someone manages to break out, I personally know such a person, he explained to the military registration and enlistment office that his work has such a character that he is unprecedented. And they just told him: then go home. Neither papers gave any, nothing, that is, in theory, if it is stopped on the street, it will be considered a deserter.
- Who is mobilized first?
-I must say right away-the information of the Ukrainian side that they allegedly take 17-year-olds is not true. The summons are obtained from the age of 18, but only those who are older than 20 are taken to the military registration and enlistment office. According to the law, from 18 to 55, everyone is subject to mobilization. Those who are studying at institutes, technical schools, receive summons, but they do not touch them, they are not looking for a shkolot - I do not know a single case yet to take them. Some who do not study are locked up and simply not released on the streets. I know several cases when, for example, a man has four children and 8 cows - and still they took him. I know a person with oncology - they took it, but a few days later he returned home.
In theory, now the mobilization of the dismissed in the reserve should go. But this does not work: for 20 years of independent Ukraine, we are used to that if anyone was taken into the army, this is a miracle. Or if anyone had to go to work as a guard, he himself went to serve. It was even necessary to pay to go to the army. These eight years of the conflict, we also did not have a call, there was only a contract service. Those who served in the Soviet Army are now under 50 years.
- How is the call?
- To grab people in shops and on the streets - in our city I have not heard of this. Usually they bring the agenda home, and after two hours a car comes for you - to take it to the military registration and enlistment office. At first they said that people would be sent to objects that are strategic - to protect from saboteurs. And all at first calmed down about this. But after a person gets to the assembly point, there is no longer any connection with him, either calls prohibit calls, or phones are selected.
- Men really are not released from the "DPR"?
- Yes, but I already heard about two cases when I managed to pay off - for the money of people they missed the exit.
- And how was the evacuation of women and children organized?
-Voluntarily-comprehensive. Persuaded. Of course, we went from the border areas because it was really scary. And no one wanted to leave with us. Who will go until the neighboring house burns?
Russia is dear to us for us. In the summer I went for a couple of days in the summer and then returned on foot. And now February, not jokes, it’s expensive to ride back and forth.
Not very wealthy people went in the hope that Russia will accept, settled, feed, will leave for some time. Those who had nothing to lose. Many hoped for these 10 thousand, this is a lot of money for us, especially if you left the family, especially largely. We have a salary of five thousand rubles, the pension is 3500.
But it was not a deportation, they were not forcibly exported. The order was only for the mandatory export of families of officials of the first echelon.
The Oddr organized buses - this is like your United Russia, but not a party, but a pro -government organization (“Public Movement“ Donetsk Republic ”. - T. B. ). Then the trains were launched.
Expanded in accordance with the law. Without documents, a crowd to take someone out-this was not. But still much is not the way the media show. For example, Russian journalists wrote about the evacuation of 60 children from the Baby House. But we do not have a baby at home. We have a center of temporary content of the child, there are those who are withdrawn from dysfunctional families, while the status of the child is not yet determined. They are not orphans. And not "babies." And this center is designed for 30 people, there could not be 60 children.
- How do people react to mobilization?
- Of course, no one wants to fight. Among those whom I know, at least. Although there are different opinions. There are those who go at the call of the heart. On the first day, when they only announced mobilization, people really stood in lines in the military enlistment office. But not to say that the mood, as if the 41st year is in the yard. And not even the fourteenth, because in 2014 they really shot, people died, these were completely different feelings. And now there are only conversations.
- That is, the situation before the mobilization was calm?
- There was complete silence. There was nothing to worry about. And only after Biden’s statement that the invasion was supposedly prepared, they began to shoot. The teachings are everywhere. We usually have exercises on Thursdays, everyone was used to it. And then they began to shoot every day, and, of course, people began to vote, write in networks.
And then, apparently, under the event yesterday (this refers to the recognition of the “republics” by Russia.-T. B.) They needed a picture of mass evacuation, universal call. Although, maybe I just don’t know, and there really was some threat-why suddenly such a hurry?
