In Moscow, the police detained the defender of the Trinity Forest Ekaterina Nilova. This was reported to OVD-Info by her friend Svetlana Efimova-Sosnovskaya.
Nilova was detained at work and taken to the police department in the Krylatskoye district to draw up a protocol. According to Sosnovskaya, the policemen came to both her and Nilova the day before at the place of registration and questioned them about the people's gathering on February 12 in the Trinity Forest.
18:30 Oksana Borodina, a lawyer from OVD-Info, came to help the detainee.
22:17 Yekaterina Nilova was released from the police department. Two protocols were drawn up against her under the article on violation of the rules for participation in a public event. One protocol in connection with the action in the Trinity Forest on February 12, and the other for the action on February 5.
In the police department, Nilov was defended by Oksana Borodina, a lawyer from OVD-Info.
