Murmansk: After the death of workers in the explosion in the warehouse, the case was opened

In Murmansk, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article on violation of labor protection requirements after the explosion of the gas cylinder in the production, as a result of which two workers were killed.

According to the investigation, the incident occurred on February 20 in a production warehouse of one of the limited liability companies in building No. 204 on the Eastern Belting Road. As a result of the explosion of the cylinder, employees of 1982 and 1987 died on the spot.

Explosive, technical, forensic and other examinations were scheduled, the conclusions of which will be analyzed in detail and form the basis of the evidence base. The cause of the explosion is still unknown, the names of the dead are not disclosed.
