The Zhukovsky City Court today satisfied the claim of the administration of the city of Zhukovsky against Vladislav Matveev, who owns a site on Dorozhnaya Street in the science city, where hazardous medical waste is disposed of by Ecosystem LLC.

The defendant was presented with claims regarding illegal capital construction and denial of access to the territory of the industrial facility by municipal land control, which raised the question of suspending the activities of the waste incineration site. However, Matveev has a month to file an appeal against the court's decision.

Previously, he had already tried to appeal the actions of inspectors from the Zhukovsky administration. But the Ramensky City Court considered them legal and recognized as proven the fact that the site on Dorozhnaya was being used for other purposes - for industrial production instead of warehouses.
