"We, the inhabitants of the Sakhalin Region, advocate the immediate cessation of hostilities in Ukraine. Russia declares a stronghold of peace and goodness, but now the world collapses before our eyes. We are sure that the Russian Federation can solve all foreign policy issues without the use of weapons. And we believe that the leadership of our country is not only capable of, but is obliged to do this. The Sakhalin Region is a rich land. Many years of the revenues of our region were sent to the budget of the budget. We do not agree to give this money to the production of the cities of Ukraine. We did not participate in the Sakhalin Region against the war.
