From March 3 in Moscow ceases

Since March 3, the use of QR code stops in Moscow. The corresponding decree was signed by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

The epidemiological situation with coronavirus in the capital is gradually returning to normal, the official stated. According to him, a decrease in the number of new cases of Omicron and Hospitalizations made it possible to abolish a significant part of the covid restrictions. In this regard, in Moscow:

• the use of QR codes stops;
• restrictions on visiting catering, theaters, museums, entertainment, cultural, educational and sporting events are canceled;
• The home regime for citizens over 60 years old and/or with chronic diseases becomes advisory;
• The work of circles and sections of the Moscow Longevity program resumes.

In St. Petersburg, QR codes in public places have been canceled from March 4.
