After the United States expanded the sanctions for almost the entire Russian public debt, there were no buyers for Russian debt papers in the world - only sellers.

Attempts by the Government and the Central Bank to stabilize the situation, stop the “flight of depositors” and their devastation of currency accounts are still more than modest results. The largest Russian banks raised deposits on deposits to 21% in rubles and up to 8% in dollars. However, clean outflow of money from accounts continues.

Apparently, the government believes that now it is critical to solve two problems. Firstly, it is not allowed that the giant cash volumes result in the consumer market, giving rise to a total deficit and a shaft of hyperinflation. And secondly, to consolidate the maximum amount of currency in the hands of the state in order to ensure the import of vital products of what can still be obtained from China to ensure the operation of defense plants.

Hence the wide list of currency restrictions. Mandatory sale of foreign exchange earnings, as it turned out, applies not only to exporters. "Give the currency" everyone who receives money from non -residents, including professors and graduate students, whose research is financed by grants of foreign universities.

At the same time, it seems that officials, after the emergency solution of momentary tasks, do not realize at all that no “crutches” and “supports” of the destruction of the Russian economy that had begun will stop. Now, when some reserves are left in the warehouses of importers, this is not yet obvious. But very soon and the government will come that even the presence of currency does not mean at all that it will be possible to buy and import something to Russia.

The international community incompatible with the normal functioning of the restriction economy did not introduce at all in the financial sector, but in the form of prohibitions on the supply of certain goods to Russia. Last week, it became clear that in technology we would be discarded at least 30 years ago-at the beginning of the 1990s. Moreover, if then there was at least some hope that we will catch up with someone and saturate the consumer market at least due to imports, now the trends are exactly opposite.

Official prohibitions of the United States, the European Union, Great Britain, Canada, Japan, Australia, and other countries for the supply of certain categories of goods or technologies to Russia became only the initial impulse. Since the beginning of this week, private manufacturers with "names" already closing their branded stores in Russia one by one and refuse to work with Russian partners. And it's not about ultra -modern computers or gadgets. H&M Clothes and shoes, Nike sneakers, Lego designers, Staropramen beer. Already now on the list of more than fifty companies, and it is updated every hour.

And the Russians, who have always been distinguished by extremely rational financial and consumer behavior, perfectly understand what is happening. Just yesterday, for my 2017 Duster, whose right side was rammed by a brand new Lexus, offered two million rubles. And this is more than two times more than the money that I left at one time in the car dealership for the car just that had just had had had been come off the assembly line.

And the biggest tragedy is that even in the medium -term perspective, even today's level and quality of life will be impossible to regain yourself. All "chapco -absorbing" conversations about import substitution are nothing more than an empty concussion. There will be simply no one to establish domestic production. There are pensioners who remember youth very well with fixed prices, bursts behind the “blue bird” - “unshaven” chickens, baggage pants of the Bolshevichka factory and farthest boots of the Skorokhod factory.
