Those who are more important, the police take the first. Moreover, everything happens according to the classics. First, people like provocateurs come out - a man and a woman in years shout for several minutes protesters about “eight years”, calling them by bastards. As soon as the most emotional begins to answer and the slogans are heard, the police appear, and the couple evaporates sharply.

At the bus stop - a car zakak. Closer to the building of the Primorye government - two blue municipal buses in which the police are sitting. The practice of using urban public transport at unauthorized protest events is not new - for example, last year, at rallies in support of Navalny, no one explained to us how this “lease” was legally issued, at whose expense they were seasoned, how they were paid to drivers and how this influenced ordinary, not rallying passengers.

But the buses were not needed - according to our estimates, near the monument the police and the Russian Guard to the cries "Shame!" Two dozen people detained. Released in the late evening - the court under Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (“Violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket”) for most were transferred. An hour later, at 15:00 - the second rally. In the Pokrovsky Park of Vladivostok, on a patch at the monument to Peter and Fevronia. Previously, the Pokrovskoye cemetery was located here (a rally for a special operation in the cemetery, symbolic), then - a park of culture and rest, now a temple and a large memorial park. This event can already be written without any censorship, because it is correct - in support of Russia's actions in Ukraine. Or, if you put it with words from the official Instagram account of the Governor of the Primorsky Territory Oleg Kozhemyako: in support of "our President Vladimir Putin and our military, who now protect us from fascism."

This rally is massive and amazing. There are almost no security forces here, because they are not particularly needed. But there are flags of Russia, the USSR, all parliamentary parties, the national liberation movement (GCD), pro -government public organizations and movements. Copies of the Banner of Victory-the assault flag of the 150th Idric rifle division, hoisted over the Reichstag, even brought here. According to our estimates, about 250 people chant slogans, hold banners and posters. On the clothes there are St. George ribbons and pre -printed stickers with the letters Z and hashtag #our own. Nodovets, surrounded by the ladies, holds a large poster with Putin in his hands. Most of those present, we either know personally or saw earlier at official events.

The host, microphone, columns, stickers, printed posters, script - a seditious thought creeps out that this “rally at the call of the soul” is perfectly stripped. But…

- We were not going on command! - one of the speakers assures everyone. - For what? Everyone knows why he came?

Veterans of local wars, social activists, deputies, party members are. The words about the “Bandera”, fascists, terrorists sound. They criticize the indecisive policy of Soviet communists on the "Ukrainian issue." Modern communists walk in the leg with whom it is supposed to. The first secretary of the regional committee of the Communist Party of the Communist Party Anatoly Dolgachev tells how the Ukrainian Komsomol delegation at the Youth and Students Festival in Ecuador was subjected to the return of persecution in their homeland, how these people were “amazed in rights”, how they banned the Communist Party (by the way, they really banned). Dolgachev supports what is happening. The performance appears in social networks. Young party members, even municipal deputies react unequivocally to this. “Here it is, a point of no return. Now I’m accurately leaving the party, ”writes the people's deputy Semyon Scheykin.

I tried to find out who the organizer of the rally and who agreed it (or did not agree). At the time of delivery of the text to the question, no government employee reacted in any way. The question in the official account of the governor on Instagram also came across the owner’s silence.

In the case of a rally “for” there are two more interesting points. Firstly, from March 18, 2020, the “anti-icing” resolution of the governor is recommended to refrain from public events in Primorye-it was him that the Department of Internal Policy referred to him all this time, refusing the opposition to conduct rallies. Almost all gathers do not observe the mask regime, there is no question of the social distance. Meanwhile, in a day in the region 1088 sick with a Covid.

And secondly, according to the regional law, it is impossible to rally at a distance of 100 meters from the temple, and if the temple has a fenced area-“from anywhere in the perimeter of the fence”. The territory of the park has been belonging to the diocese since 1990.

Just in case, we are interested in whether they support Russia's policy in Ukraine. Support, of course.

“And what do you think,” I ask, “when was the Donbass to attach to Russia?”
