Tiktok suspended work in Russia

The Chinese social network Tiktok will limit the spread of new content and maintaining direct broadcasts in Russia. This is stated in the application of the site:

“In the light of the new Russian law on“ fake news ”, we have no other choice, except to suspend direct broadcasts and new content for our video service, while we study the consequences of this law. This will not affect our messaging service. ”

We are talking about a law providing for criminal liability up to 15 years for fakes on the actions of the Armed Forces of Russia. Also, a prison term may threaten for calls for the introduction of sanctions against Russia.
