The mayor of Norilsk announced the deceased during a special operation in Ukraine

As the mayor of Norilsk Dmitry Karasev said, on February 26, in the Kherson region, Edward Bely died. He served in the engineering brigade of the engineering-sapper battalion of the military unit in the Rostov region, and in February, under the contract, he took part in a special operation.

“I express my sincere, deep condolences to the relatives and friends of the White Edward Vyacheslavovich. Norilchanin, who died on February 26 in the Kherson area with participation in the special operation for denacing and demilitarization of Ukraine. This is an irreparable loss for Edward's family, a severe loss for friends, classmates, teachers, colleagues and everyone who knew him. For Norilsk, this news also became a sad page, ” Karasev wrote on Instagram.

Earlier it became known that during a special operation in Ukraaine , Major Sergei Kashansky died , who was born in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was told by Governor Alexander the USS.

According to the Ministry of Defense on March 2, 498 Russian troops were killed during the special operation, 1597 were injured.
