By the thirteenth day of the war, Russia and Ukraine again managed to agree on several humanitarian corridors, but only residents of the city of Sumy could evacuate: the parties accused each other of disrupting the agreements. In Mariupol, which has been besieged for almost a week, people still spend the night in bomb shelters. Russian aviation continues to strike - on the night of March 8, a warehouse with chemicals in Brovary and oil depot in the Zhytomyr region fell under the fire.
