In the center of St. Petersburg, the action against the military "special operation" of the Russian armed forces in Ukraine was also held on the festive day of March 8. About 20 people were detained. Journalists report that the police did not immediately use force, especially since the action was originally positioned as a female protest. At the Gostiny Dvor, activists persistently handed out flowers to women, but as a result, they were delayed directly with bouquets in the campaign of Petersburgers.
Opponents of the Military “special operation” tried to go to Duma from the Gostiny Dvor, meeting Cordon - a group of people turned back and returned to the subway already dispersed.
There were stringent detentions: the man stood up for a woman, tried to interfere with the police, he was twisted.
Today is the 12th day of special operation in Ukraine.
