The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov is one of the main anti -heroes of Russian aggression in Ukraine. It was he who first announced the sending of 12 thousand Chechens to the neighboring country, promising the victory “in the coming days”, and then recognized the inefficiency of the Russian army, proposing a crazy way out - to kill and destroy without regard to. But for himself, the Chechen leader loves to build, and, as the “agency” found out, in this case he does not even disdain foreign assistants and their money. At the same time, publicly Kadyrov does not forget to brand “foreign agents” receiving money from abroad.
Exactly 10 years ago, in February 2012, Russian citizens learned about the Palace of an unprecedented, as it seemed, luxury. The builders surrendered the new residence of Kadyrov in the very center of Grozny - huge, with columns, one large and four small domes. The building was made impregnable in the medieval understanding of fortification science - from the Sunzha River they specially dug up the obtular canal, and the territory around the residence turned into an island. However, there was little this money for Kadyrov’s requests. At the disposal of the Agency were documents that partially shed light on who build the palaces of the head of Chechnya.

How Rakishev is related to Chechnya
Kenes Rakishev is one of the richest people of his country with an alleged state of $ 950 million, according to Forbes magazine. Rakishev deserved the title of “Nazarbayev’s wallet” thanks to business and investment in the interests of the family of the former president of Kazakhstan. But Kadyrov, the entrepreneur helped Kadyrov a lot and mutually beneficial - for example, according to the “project”, the Chechens participated in the purchase of the oil port on the North Sea, as a result of the asset was in the hands of the laborers associated with the head of Chechnya. Officially, Rakishev also did not hide the help of Kadyrov - for example, the Grozny "Terek" sponsored.

This is a true address, it is mentioned on the website of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. We also checked the reliability of the facts in the correspondence.
It turns out from it that the oligarch devoted a lot of time to Chechnya. Probably, it was he who organized public events that Kadyrov used for his PR. In October 2011, the famous actor Jean-Claude Van Damm flew to celebrate the City of Grozny-the trip made a strong impression on him, and he even publicly called Kadyrov “friend”.
In fact, it was a commercial visit - it was personally engaged in Rakishev, who communicated with the actor through the special agency Doors to Hollywood, which carries celebrities for various events for money. It is not known how much Van Damma paid, but at the same time the agents warned the Kazakh businessman that the arrival in the Terrible Cristiano Ronaldo could cost up to a million euros, and the Terek training with Barcelona - 1.5 million euros. But the most interesting part of the correspondence refers to the period of the construction of the palace in Grozny.

The residence began to be built after the inauguration of Kadyrov in 2007-they never reported the exact date, especially since the journalists more than once confused the Grozny Palace with another mansion of the head of the region-in the Center-in the Center . While the public was confused in the Kadyrovsky palaces, Rakishev, according to the correspondence we studied, was preoccupied with the everyday question - how to equip the interiors for Kadyrov. This business was very difficult.
In the alleged correspondence of the Kazakh oligarch, we find a contract between the two foreign companies - the Slovenian Omnia Arhing Doo, which, as it turns out, was building a palace (more about it - below) and the Italian furniture company OAK Industria Arredamenti SPA for 500 thousand euros, the Italians pledged to draw up a draft interior of the main floor - “Presidential.” The correspondence says about the “new residence in Grozny” that we are talking about premises for the president, the contract, with an area of 3,100 square meters. m. with premises for the head of the region, guests and a hall for meetings.

Half a million euros for the sketch, of course, is expensive, but Oak Industria is one of the serious players in the market for luxurious interiors, including for the Russian nobility. President of Renato Polonya recently claimed that his company put a long table in the Kremlin - the same one, at which Putin and his French colleague Emmanuel Macron were sitting before the war in Ukraine.
The amount clearly did not bother customers, because soon the Italians sent Rakishev an estimate for the arrangement and atmosphere of two rooms - the presidential office (110 sq. M.) and the library (220 sq.m.). This is just a tenth of the total meter of the floor, but customers also needed to spend 2.4 million euros on it. For this money, the builders had to hang a plaster ceiling (€ 200 thousand), put marble floors and parquet (€ 595 thousand) selected by specialists, put wooden doors, gypsum columns and carry out other installation and finishing work. The amount also includes furniture (€ 831 thousand) - cabinets, including for setting weapons, tables - either with a marble countertop or in the skin - also inhabited seats, bedside tables and a wooden coat of arms of the Chechen Republic with an incract.

Rakishev was going to pay for everything, should be from the correspondence studied. In the summer of 2010, representatives of OAK Industria planned a trip to Chechnya to present the project, and before that, Polonya sent an oligarch from Kazakhstan with the words: “I would like to get your confirmation regarding the gift of these two premises.”
Perhaps the presentation was not too successful. Now Polonya informed the Agency that "because of the urgency of the client, we could not satisfy his requirements, so we refused the contract." But even for the project that was not disposed of Kadyrov, the customer had to pay a lot of money - such that the budget of poor Chechnya could hardly afford. The “penalty” apparently paid Rakishev - at the end of 2010, OAK Industria Arredamenti SPA managers sent him a notification that they managed to carry out work for 350 thousand euros (this is most of the obligations under a contract for 500 thousand euros). From the address of Rakishev, this letter was sent to the unknown, to the mail ctk.ooo@yandex.ru with the words: “Brother, I send you, what they sent! If anything, tell the chef that I will pay for the project myself. ”

As a result, Kadyrov without Italian furniture, of course, did not remain. The representative of the construction company Omnia Arhing told the agency that other Italian companies were eventually engaged in the supply of furniture and interior design - Cappelletti Srl, Jumbo Collection Group, Asnaghi Interiors SPA and OAK SRL. He denied the fact of the contract with Oak Industria.
Whether Rakishev paid for these contracts, builders do not say. But in 2011, Kadyrov signed a decree on the awarding of the Kazakh businessman the Order of his father, Akhmat Kadyrov. True, the construction and rewards did not end there.
Slovak Chechens
After passing the palace around it, less mansions began to appear - for the women of the head of Chechnya. North-east of the “island” on the Sunzha River, directly opposite the palace, they erected a beautiful house with a pool on a site with an area of two football fields-as the “project” previously told, this is the mansion of the second wife of Kadyrov Fatima Khazueva.
Southwest, immediately behind the arch to the palace, they built another building, followed by the data of Rosreestr-against the backdrop of a giant glass residence this light, three-story house (with a total area of 2.3 thousand square meters) with a bizarre tower and a pond looks very comfortable.
The mansion was handed over in 2014 and the first thing was classified - at first they recorded the Grozny City LLC created by the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation, later the fund transferred the share of Movsadi Alvieva, a businessman close to Kadyrov, and then rewritten to a certain Malik Mammadovich Karimov - this name was indicated in the Rosreestr. Most likely, the name was invented, the “agency” could not find a single person with such a surname, name and patronymic in the registers of Russian citizens.
The answer to the question of why this was done is very simple. In this mysterious house live the first wife of Kadyrov Medni Kadyrov with children, says the acquaintance of the head of Chechnya. And the builder for such an important mansion was chosen non -accident.
The already mentioned Omnia Arhing has several sites - Russian and Slovenian. On each of them in the section "Portfolio" you can find interesting objects in Chechnya. For example, the Slovenian site indicates Kadyrov’s residence.
And on the Russian version of the site, a mansion built for Mednie was discovered.
The representative of Omnia Arhing confirmed the agency that the company was building both mansions. At the same time, he claims that at least the Ministry of Construction of Chechnya paid for Kadyrov’s residence.
Omnia Arhing has at least two legal entities in Slovenia (Omnia Arhing Doo) and Russia (Omnia LLC). The head of the Slovak structure, Stefan Schkek, at one time, was a co -owner of the ji Es Group registered in Gudermes. The contacts of this company coincide with the contacts of the Hockey Federation of the Chechen Republic. One of the founders of this federation - Matyazh Ferkov - owns Omnia LLC.
Perhaps the Chechens are conveniently dealing with the Slovenian company - during the construction of residences, the ambassador of Russia in this country was the former head of Chechnya Doku Zavgaev. Ferkov and Zavgaev are familiar with each other and even posed for a photo .
But so far the company has received money not only in an official way. According to a strange coincidence in the same 2014, when the Medni mansion appeared, Omnia Arhing built a brick factory in Grozny. The contract was concluded with the Chechen Ministry of Construction, but the money came from two one-day companies registered in Britain, the New Gazeta found out. Kadyrov did not forget to reward the leaders of Omnia Arhing, as before Rakisheva, a certificate.

Kadyrov, who sends his subordinates to destroy the life of Ukrainians, took care of the comfort of his own life. In total, with the help of different people and organizations, he elevated his family at least five mansions in Chechnya. Three are located in Grozny, in addition to this, the head of the region has a residence in Gudermes and his native Tsentara.
These palaces of Kadyrov, whose ancestors suffered from the Stalinist terror, use not only for peaceful purposes - for work and expensive techniques. Palaces are needed for torture. Here is what the son of the abducted Zareva Ibrahim Yangulbaev told about the Grozny residence of the head of Chechnya: “I was abducted with my father and brother, took me to the residence, they tortured me, personally tortured me, tortured me, beat my father, my older brother, they wanted to protect me, but they also beat me.” In a conversation with the “agency”, Yangulbaev confirmed that it was about Kadyrov’s residence in the center of Grozny.
